I used to work at this location while in college and I can't believe how far the food and service standards have fallen! I don't know if it's new management or WHAT but dining here now leaves a lot to be desired. Jimmy Z is DEFINITELY missed at this place.

Lively enviornment, always full, polite and generous hosts, although there was a long wait for the food ordered. There is a beginning with some sour dough bread and brown bread served with butter. The starters came alongwith the main course due to which the table was crowded and the main course turned cold. Food quantity is ample and must order wisely. The cheese cakes are delicious. A value for money place to dine, overall.Vegetarian options: There are only two vegetarian options, the plant based burger named the "impossible burger", and the "vegie burger", the second one is preferably fine to order. There are fries on order. The pizza bread starter is a vegetarian item. We ordered some roasted cauliflower for starters which I would say was a bit too sweet to begin your meals.

Busy location. We arrived early for dinner bc there aren't reservations.Service was friendly but slow. Took quite a while to get bread and our meals but the server was very nice.I had the skinny shrimp pasta. It was solid. Nothing exceptional but it tasted good.I had the cinnabon cheese cake. Delicious and rich. I could only have a few bites but it was really tasty.

The ambiance and atmospere are really good. You should try their Pork belly kimchi fried rice with fried egg & Avocado beet salad. There are a lot of options for vegetarians as well.

As always, the food was amazing. And our beautiful and cheerful server, Amanda, was great. If you have never been to a Cheesecake Factory, the menu is massive. But be sure to save room for a slice of cheesecake, offered in dozens of flavors!

Went here for my wife birthday ritual of cheesecake. My son got chocolate cake truffle which is just regular cake and that Thang is also delicious. I got the pineapple upside down cheese cake which is off the Good and. My wife cheesecake was OK good 30th anniversary cheesecake but I gave her some of mine.

A year ago, we had a bad experience here. We had a large party and everyone was served but one person. There were horrific wait times but good food. We have loved Cheesecake Factory in the past. Today service was great. The food, however, was HORRIBLE this time. Fish tacos, Salmon and Shepherds pie have all of us feeling yuck and the are no third chances for this specific store.
