The Cheesecake Factory

Ordered a large doordash order only to throw half of it away. This Cheesecake Factory location clearly just leaves their bread sitting out, uncovered all day because tell me why every item I ordered that had bread in it - whether it was the truffle brie or the chicken salad sandwich, all had a nice coating of hairy dust on the bread. Went straight into the trash. Y'all need to put your bread in a bread box, COVERED. Unsanitary and disgusting. Not eating here again.

Staff explained the specials clearly.

Cashier was not personable at all. Didn't even thank me.

This post is regarding the food I ordered and had it delivered, I did not go inside the restaurant itself and usually give good review when I do.
The quality of food that I got this time absolutely does not meet the food quality and standards of a Cheesecake factory I ever eaten or ordered from, the wings were horrible over cooked, dried as if they were from the previous or something another customer sent back to the kitchen. Look at the photo attached the wings even have different color some extreme dark and some light color, a closer look will show the texture and quality and i was tempted to drive 20 minutes to restaurant to return it but the parking probably would have taken as long so I show my disgust in this review.

The appetizers were flavorful and set the tone for the meal perfectly.

Completely mid. 100 percent mid. Server Jennifer was great but the food , trash. I ordered the fish and chips. Fries room temp and blame. Fish legit tasted wet. No seasoning . No flavor. Just wet.

Jasmine was the sweetest!!! Seriously gave the best service I have ever had. Will definitely come back and request her. The burger was phenomenal and the cheesecake (of course) did not disappoint!

First tyme outta many opportunities. I really enjoyed it! The food was very reasonably priced. But, not porportinately sized. As I say about the majority of the eateries: You pay for what you get. The menu has a wide variety for every group of eaters. Yes, even the vegans! A burger and fries was enough for me. But, I had to try the salmon on a bed of rice. It wasn't blackened like I asked.. It was darn good though!
The crowd inside was to much for me. I chose to sit outside and watch those whom walk by.

During my recent visit to the bar for a casual dining experience, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Stephanie.

She approached us with a warm smile and an eagerness to help, making us feel immediately welcome.
