My grandson wanted to celebrate his 18th birthday here! What a great choice! The only reason I gave the food 4 stars is because the food was luke warm. Service was excellent!

We visited the cheesecake factory today for the first time in Atlanta, we used to love this place and we go there all the time inside the U.S and outside the U.S, all the time the staff were nice and great with costumer service. Unfortunately today we had a horrendous experience with one of the waitresses, aside from not being attentive at all , she took our order very quickly and left in a hurry she didn’t even confirmed our order, while she was leaving in a rush we knew she got one of the dishes wrong and we tried to correct her but she left and ignored us. Later, they brought all of the food except for that dish, someone else came to make sure everything was ok and we told her that we still did not get everything that we ordered and we told her the CORRECT name of the dish that was missing, eventually after a long time without seeing her the first waitress came with the WRONG dish and when we explained to her that this is not what we ordered she got upset and treated us with an attitude like it is our fault!!! I will never visit this location again.

It has been a couple of years since we ate at the Cheesecake Factory and there has been one significant change - but not for the better.

The portions are smaller, while the prices are the same or greater.

The bread is thinner in every way, not the fluffy bread they used to serve, the pizza is nicely presented, but seems to have shrunk (although there was a good amount of pepperoni on it), the drink sizes are smaller - everything is just less.

I had the tomato basil pasta, which was as delicious as always, but the amount of chicken that came with it was ridiculous. It was literally a piece the size of a chicken nugget. If I was them, I'd be embarrassed to suggest there was even any chicken on the plate.

The one thing we were impressed with was the size of the portion of fries. We got a side of fries to share (because they're delicious), and the portion was huge.

The overall experience was good, but it's certainly not what it used to be.

Lots of different and tasty foods. Stopped by for some cheesecake, which was awesome but at $11 a slice, that's crazy 🤪

Food was good. Server was very knowledgeable of menu and made great recommendations. The cheesecakes were delicious. We order several different kinds.

Dietary restrictions: Plenty of choices if you have dietary restrictions.

Kid-friendliness: Mini Burgers and CornDogs are great in portion sizes for children.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs can easily move about the floor.

The food and service was great. I paid extra to add chicken to the pasta just for them to add a half of a tender. Next time I'll know to not add the chicken. The fried mac n cheese was really good. The bread was very hard We got cheesecakes to go but forgot to take pics which were great.

My son has autism and he was getting hyper and started to climb after waiting for 2 hrs for his food ! So I was putting him back to sit ! And the manager of the restaurant said she is going to call the security if we don’t get out of there!! And on top of that the waitress was being rude because I didn’t tip him because I was insulted at the restaurant plus the service was horrible in general!!! Never going back! The worst Cheesecake Factory I have ever been to!!!!!!

This is a very subpar place to eat these days. The food is just ok. It was neat back in its heyday but I will never go here again.

There is a staggering amount of Dodge Chargers in the parking lot.

I went to the Cheesecake Factory for the first time in many years yesterday and I will not be going back. I ordered the “Bang Bang chicken and shrimp”, which was my second choice because there was no more steak Diane available, and it was disgusting. I got something out of my comfort zone because I wanted the experience. I didn’t want something I could get from any other restaurant. However, when I expressed that my meal tasted nasty the manager proceeded to tell me that it was one of his favorite dishes, and I cannot compare them to any other restaurant etc. I felt bullied into keeping my plate which I don’t think is right at all. I know for a fact he would not pay or eat a plate that he absolutely did not like. I don’t know if they were stressed cause of there holidays, but my experience was HORRIBLE.

Came in with a party of 20 for a birthday party. Our server Makayla was totally awesome and on point.. Everybody's food came out quick and still hot. She also kept everyone's drinks filled as well. The rest of the staff could learn something from her.

Better yet, she should be a server trainer and go to other restaurants and show them how it's done..

I ordered the steak with fried mac/ cheese.. Steak was cooked perfectly. The Mac and cheese just tasted weird which I didn't like.
