Visted Thurs Feb 5th with a group from Sheoherd Center. Several arrived by 1 pm still had not received our food. by 2:30 pm. We had to ask for bread and water. By 2:30 pm I still hadn't received my order which was an appetizer. To wrap it up there are only THREE bathroom stalls for the whole restaurant.
REALLY at Lenox Mall location.

The main reason for going there is the food wasn’t good way to expensive for it to be terrible, also had lemonade was suppose to be peach not good bitter and no flavor of peach, switched it for strawberry still some thing not good , please get better chefs or come way down on those prices.

Food is really good, cheesecake is excellent. We did not dine in this time , we got cheesecake to go. Last time we went was our first time going and it was my daughters birthday. Not to keen on the cafeteria style seating. We went for a birthday to spend time and talk but we were seating right next to people we dont know... thats my only complaint besides the parking..

Had a really disappointing experience at this Cheesecake Factory location. I ordered the fried mac & cheese and after 45 minutes of waiting, I was told they were out of it. By then I was already starving.
They also served very little bread, no refills, and honestly no courtesy or apology for the delay. I then ordered a veggie burger, which took another 25 minutes to arrive — and it was super average at best.
Overall, the service was poor and the experience was frustrating. Definitely not what I expect from Cheesecake Factory.
I wouldn’t visit this location again.

I ordered the tatari tuna salad to go & got home to only a HANDFUL of lettuce on my plate! I I've gotten this in store so I know a lot more lettuce comes with this! Will definitely be calling tomorrow.

Love the ambience(Lennox Mall). Only ordered several different slices of cheesecake to eat over the few days I would be in ATL for my birthday. The Pineapple cheesecake was exquisite 😋

Good wasn't with the price. Not as good as they used to be. My first time going to the one in Atlanta but the one in New York was amazingly good

We love the cheesecake factory and always visit one wherever we go.

As always I had the classic burger. Asked for medium rare and as usual came out medium (which is great as I want medium but had so many overcooked burgers a previous server recommend I asked for medium rare!)

My wife tried the newer smash burger from their menu which was an acceptable smash burger, but doesn't compare to the quality of their other dishes.
(And she asked for the fried onions and sauce on the side but neither came with the food. We asked for the missing items and eventually got given a few pieces of onions that were definitely not fried!)

The server in general was very slow, maybe had too many tables to look after?

And our food took 40 minutes to arrive which is a record slowness. No apology or reason given for the time it took, and the restaurant wasn't that busy.

I definitely recommend the classic burger here, but this location seems far far slower than any other location we've been to.

We were told there was a supervisor named Kenneth, though I honestly have a feeling that may not have been his real name.

Service started off mediocre — we had to seat ourselves, which was fine. Our server, Evelyn, wasn’t anything special but she was nice at first, so we let it rock. The food was actually great.

My friend ordered two margaritas. The first one was fine, no rim. The second margarita came out with a salt rim, and she wasn’t asked whether she wanted salt, sugar, or no rim at all. She tried it anyway, but the drink was overly salty, so she politely let Evelyn know that there was too much salt and that she doesn’t like salt-rimmed margaritas. She never asked for the drink to be taken off the bill — she simply asked if it could be replaced.

Evelyn then got her supervisor. Normally, when a supervisor comes over, they greet the table, check in, ask how the food is, and try to smooth things over. That did not happen here. This supervisor came over with a nasty attitude from the start, didn’t greet anyone at the table, and immediately assumed we were trying to get the drinks taken off the ticket — which was never said.

He told us they weren’t replacing the drink and weren’t taking it off the bill, then took the drink to the service well and added syrup to it. If a drink is already salty, adding syrup doesn’t fix the issue. The entire interaction was rude and unnecessary. Policies are one thing — how you communicate them matters, especially to paying customers.

I eventually had to speak up and tell him that while policies are understandable, his delivery was completely wrong. He was genuinely one of the rudest managers I’ve ever encountered.

When Evelyn came back and asked if the manager had spoken to us, we told her yes and that he wasn’t very nice. Her response was, “I kept coming by and asking if you guys were good and you said you were, so I’m not sure why you’re complaining about the drink.” That comment was unnecessary and rude. Just because we were fine earlier doesn’t mean we weren’t allowed to speak up when something later became an issue.

We’ve both worked in the industry and understand that everyone starts somewhere, which is why we initially gave her grace. But when you’re working for tips, it’s important to remain neutral and professional with guests — not defensive or dismissive, especially when a manager is already escalating the situation.

Had Evelyn simply said, “I’m sorry about that. I wish there was more I could do. Is there anything else I can get for you?” and dropped the check, the frustration would have stayed solely with the manager. Instead, she doubled down, which is why she’s included in this review.
