Food wasn't great we all got a little sick. Service was really slow, took forever to get seated and to get our food. We want be back. It's has been like the last few times we went.

I'm sorry but this cheesecake factory meal was a total disappointment! The chicken Picatta was terrible my chicken was tough, rubbery and I couldn't even chew it. They gave me the hardest bread ever it was like stone.. I will never return and it's a shame because I work close and would like to get takeout etc.. never again!

Very friendly staff and good cheesecake 👍 May be a little overpriced and crowded, but nothing can be done about that lol. Always a good place for a special occasion or if you have a gift card. The atmosphere really is pretty cool, the interior is iconic.

This place is a pure mess! Customer service is terrible! Once seated no server greeted us. We sat there for almost 20 mins until we asked for some service from a buss boy. Finally a waitress came to greet us. We ordered right away! 45 mins later we observed a party of 4.that was seated shortly after us in the same section food come out before ours and they was practically finish eating when our food arrived! We then asked our server what was taking so long, she said let me go check and brought out food out. It tasted old and dirty! Spoke the the stand in manage Oscar who blatantly useless! At this point we walked out the establishment and went to Marietta Diner where our patronage was honored! Don't waste your time or your money!!!

Visited this place on Sunday with my fiancée after a long trip from South Carolina and was craving Miso Salmon, which usually is served with Broccoli. We first ordered the avocado rolls and salad, which were good but noticed they seemed a little smaller than they used to be 5 years ago, and the flavor had changed somewhat. My Miso Salmon was awesome, but the broccoli was cold. My fiancée ordered grilled salmon and stated that it was well flavored but slightly overcooked. Our waitresses San was great, but wished she paid more attention when we asked her to stagger our orders. Our main meal came out 5 minutes after the appetizers were served, requiring us to send it back. The young man who brought the main dish out was not happy to take the food back understandably but kept his cool the best he could. We also ordered our favorite Salted Caramel Cheesecake to go, and we could not wait to get home to eat it and were pleased that it tasted divine.
One thing that I never can understand is why valet parking is so expensive at
$ 30 dollars per car. We paid because my fiancée recently encountered a back problem and can not walk far. I like this establishment and will continue to visit. Hopefully, food and service do not deteriorate as it has happened to other eateries.

I usually do not write reviews, but after my experience tonight I felt I needed to. We had an amazing experience with our server, COREY. He came and sat us himself, and from the moment we sat down, he was very attentive. I saw he was extremely busy as he was zipping by us every few seconds but we never felt neglected - EVER. What was most impressive is that COREY was intuitive, and would bring us things before we knew we needed it - refills, napkins, condiments, etc. So polite, and knew the right moment to come and check in. We felt very taken care of! THAT IS EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! . When we return, we will ask to be seated in his section! Thanks COREY!

I love to go here on the weekends for their brunch. It's always delicious 😋 and good service.

Parking: Due to the mall traffic parking can be very busy. They do have valet parking for a fee, and it's right outside of the restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: There was a patronize a wheelchair and accessibility was adequate. The doors are wide enough and tables low enough with space.
