Idk what the other reviews are talking about. If you are kind to service staff they are generally kind to you. I had a pleasantly cheap cup of coffee despite being in an airport. The staff was helpful, and not confrontational at all.
It’s a good bean. Got a regular brewed coffee, just plain as I prefer it. I like to taste my coffee. The coffee has a good fruit like flavor that is a tell for a good bean. It has a lot of flavor to it. Overall my experience was great. 10/10 would drink this coffee again if I’m ever in the area.

Before writing this review, I was surprised to see this place with so few stars. From what I experienced, their drinks are really good—better than some big-name franchises!
What we drink: We got a Hot Matcha Tea and a Hot Chocolate, and both were super tasty. I like my drinks to be a bit thick and frothy, and these nailed it. The flavors were great, though maybe a little too sweet, but I’m guessing you can tweak that if you want.
What we eat: We also tried a sandwich, which was fresh and pretty good. It wasn’t amazing, but it hit the spot.
The venue: Regarding the place, there’s no seating—it’s takeout only.
The service: Is pretty average; no one is particularly friendly.
It’s slightly more expensive, but totally worth it for the quality. I’ll be back for sure!

By luck the terminal to the next flight was next to the coffee bean and tea leaf. I was not positive about getting anything but I could faintly hear a very kind lady speaking with the guest. Deciding to go and grab a drink, I was greeted by the most amazing employee in the service industry I’ve ever met. She was very kind, explained everything I asked and made sure that she answered every question and made my drink fresh and exactly what I wanted. Her name is Libby and I wish I could take her back home to work with me in Florida! The owner of this establishment is extremely lucky to have her thanks Libby.You are amazing and so is my drink!

Brianna and DaShawna are absolute best. They engage with every single customer, polite, respectful cheerful and very very pleasant they work together very well. Out of all my time working in Heartsfield they have the absolute best customer service ever!!! Give them a higher position to continue this type of service PS: Extremely Satisfied Customer & My Mum love's how her favorite tea was made chai tea! Now that's service

Unsure why the young gentleman with guages, tattoos, and dreads/twist was so rude to not only me but every other customer in front of me in line. For it to be such a small location in an airport and nonetheless, in the Delta concourse, I hope he understands his negative attitude made a big impact because even others were talking about it as they walked away from the vending location. Perhaps he should not work at the register. I understand we all have bad days, but that shouldn't be reflected onto customers. My goodness, I simply wanted a sweet treat before my flight.

The 2 girls working concourse T are very rude and gave me a small instead of large and I paid for an extra shot also and didn't get that either. I watched her make it and didn't even wash off the frothing utensils. The croissant was so hard and burnt. And they smiled like it was funny. So unprofessional and will probably be working fast food for the rest of their lives.

Ordered latte to get a cup full of water and nothing else. Asked for extra cup and got told that they charge a dollar for the extra cup. When I was okay paying for it, they asked me to go back to the queue to again purchase an empty cup!! Let me not even get to the way they were talking. Disgusting behavior, waste of money. Would have rated 0 if it was possible

If You want a disgusting drink, You can get one here. Rude staff, especially the Lil' Wayne wannabe. Get Your coffee, somewhere else. If You can avoid the Atlanta airport altogether, that would be best.

Ordered a vanilla cold brew and received a mocha cold brew. No big deal at all, but when I brought it up to them they argued with me saying it looked like vanilla to them. Then asked me to throw away the cold brew before they made me a new one. I don’t get why I have to throw it away, if they made me something I didn’t order 🤷🏻♂️ Paid over $7 for a cold brew that was so syrupy it tasted like chocolate milk.
