Awful service. Coffee quality was good, but the service really ruined it. 3 girls on staff; 1 slowly making coffee, 2 standing around putting on crazy amounts of chapstick - all talking loudly and explicitly about some show. No manners towards customers. Obnoxious and annoying. Sad to see. We came to this same spot 3 years ago and had the BEST experience ever - such a sad turn around for this place.
Bad bad service unfortunately, I paid tip first $5.00 on $15.00 order. She refused to put cinnamon bun in oven to warm for fear she would burn her fingers on icing. She shouldn’t be touching icing. Don’t bother better places!
Terrible Coffee and Food is worse. And this is a coffee shop. How did this happen? Staff fine - no issues but food inedible and coffee tastes like instant coffee.
I went to get my husband a cup of coffee on Friday evening and, after being told they don't take cash, when I finally placed my order I had to share the small space they have to pick up your coffee with a young man who was eating something (probably from a different location) and leaning on the counter chatting to the young woman making my coffee. Totally disrespectful.
Mr.Sanchez the manager was phenomenal went over the top to look after me and make sure my drink was just how I wanted it and when it wasn’t as sweet as I liked he remade me one. I think I’ll always come back to coffee bean now because of great service like his.
Most expensive sandwich in the airport and it taisted like xxxx. I got the pre-made sandwich because I thought it would be cheaper.
Had a short layover in Atlanta, T concourse. Barista was extremely rude to me and the second barista laughed at the situation. Coffee was terrible and the interaction really put a damper on my first day of vacation. I suspect 99% of the people that purchase coffee here are not familiar with the menu, especially when you are not serving some items on the menu. Training opportunity for sure.
I waited in line for 30 min just to get to the counter. I had a long layover so I was willing to wait in the short, but slow moving line. the barista took my order for 2 cold brews to then tell me they “are only serving coffee because they’re busy”. Every person in front of me had ordered cold brews and lattes. There were 3 baristas working. I understand being very busy, but to have 3 baristas and be unable to pour a cold brew is very poor business. I was ordering cold brew to make it easier on them, but they decided to just not work anymore instead. I have been a barista and served triple the people in half the time with only 2 baristas. I Would not recommend stopping here for coffee or food. I would give zero stars if it were possible.
Litterally just now sitting in Atlant airport, my grandaughter ordered 2 hot Chai Lattee. They served them cold. When she said she wanted hot not cold, they said they were not doing hot right now. When she asked for a refund, they refused. It is watered down and disgusting. I should have just flushed $12.75 down the toilet I might have enjoyed that more. Where is customer service any more????? Not at Coffee Bean I know that much. Very disappointed.
Always crowded making foe relatively long waits. It seemed that they had relatively few employees, slowing service more. But the drinks were good.

I ordered a skinny latte which I drink daily. After taking 1 sip I could tell the milk was sour. Went back to counter and reported the sour milk. The girl that made it smelled it and said nothing wrong with the milk, and it’s skim. The gentleman, C Keyonna, who took my order took my coffee. Checked the milk container and immediately poured it out and had her make me a fresh coffee with a new container of milk. He then handed me a new receipt as he refunded my money. He was great while the girls attitude was just plain rude. Atlanta Airport Concourse A Karen McCants
This is one of the few food services open early in the morning. They missed the opening time by 10 minutes, with a long line forming. The line moved reasonably well. There was a range of simple baked items along with multiple choices for coffees and teas. Service was brusque but efficent.
The staff could have been friendlier but the vanilla iced coffee I got was deliciousssss. It was creamy and there wasn’t an excessive amount of ice. The breakfast sandwich was also pretty good. I would definitely go back for the coffee.
I went here today around 11:15am and ordered a latte. The lady at the counter stated they only had coffee or tea. I asked again to confirm and she said ‘yes.’ Then she said ‘I’m done.’ And literally walked out from behind the counter and left. So very rude. I recommend making the trip back to Einstein’s Bagels. They’re not the friendliest either, but they do have a full menu and don’t walk off while you’re in the middle of ordering.
They advertised caramel coconut latte and I ordered it but it was a missing item, they dint have it. I ordered chai latte but they dint have it too, yet it was on the menu. They also dint have almond milk. The staff there don’t seem committed to giving over and above service. They are really laid back with long queues seen. Service is slow too. More training required and a manager needs to be on the ground especially at extremely busy times like 5.30am
