The atmosphere was good. The prime rib was delicious, salmon croquettes where salty, fried pork was 50/50 good. Try to get refills on drinks is adventurous. It takes about 10 minutes n asking twice. (Didn't get the what the drinks we order - at least it was wet). I'm not sure i will be back. The server shouldn't have too many tables, he is nice but can't handle all his customers
We have been going to Colonnade since the early 1980s. We went 2 days ago and I must say the fried chicken is as good as it has ever been. I know good fried chicken and this is the second best fried chicken that's ever been. My mother's Fried Chicken was the best. Our server was a a pleasure to work with he quickly answered all our questions He got our orders out promptly. I highly recommend this for anyone who has never been and for anyone questioning going back under...
I took my parents for some soul food. It was our first time visiting the landmark restaurant. We went at lunch on a Saturday. Service was amazing. Food was good, not great but better than most. I was so hungry when it came out I forgot to take pictures of our plates. We tried the fried chicken, sirloin burger and country fried steak. Parking was easy. Loved the vintage feel inside.
