My go to spot for a great fish sandwich. Love this place!
Edit: updating from a 5 to a 2... I stopped going here because too often we would find hair in our food. Happened maybe 3-4 times over the course of a a couple months so we stopped going altogether. :/ unfortunate.
Very casual and laid back. The food and cocktails are always great!

Amazing food, amazing specials, and very nice people helping. Unfortunately, we sat waiting for service for 20 minutes and sat waiting for 20 minutes for a check (separate occasions), which has caused us to stop coming.

Excellent food and a great atmosphere. However, as many have mentioned, there was a surprise credit card fee added to the bill. This was not communicated ahead of time. A pro tip: if a business fails to disclose this fee before you order and pay, you can dispute the charge with your credit card company. Over time, practices like this will only change if customers push for more transparency.

Had problems from beginning. Went a few times. Staff drank too much on the clock and service went downhill. They were very rude after that and sat around. Too many regular customers made experiences undesirable. Don't park in lot, too many people had their vehicles broken into and windows smashed. The staff will be resistant to help when that happens I witnessed. Heard the cameras in lot look very grainy and doesn't help at all. The bar area always had a sour smell for some reason. Food was actually not too bad. Nothing but trouble. Would recommend staying away. Plenty of other better places to visit in area.
Parking: Don't park here.

This may be my new neighborhood dinner spot!!! I came during a slow time so I could see just how great this place can be. Often passing it, I know it gets busy at night. While I sat the bar- even though they were getting off shift, two servers were super awesome in helping me figure out what to eat and also giving that normal “bar seat” chat! I appreciate them as the bartender wasn’t quite as attentive since she was setting up for a long night.
I got the special- the food was amazing! Even the side salad I ordered was delicious! Thanks chef for making the accommodation to switch out the Brussels sprouts.
Overall I know I’m coming back to enjoy a night here. The ambiance was great even during the less busy times. I loved how they reacted to regulars coming in!
My only cons:
- my wine tasted like was opened over 24hrs ago. Not good. I ordered a Dark and stormy… it tasted light and drizzle 🤷🏾♀️
- no desserts!!!!! How am I to eat such amazing food and have nothing sweet to chase it down with? I would’ve been happy if the bartender atleast offered to make a desert shot or cocktail for me, alas…nope!
Please make some easy deserts or offer appertini (espresso cocktail, lemon drop, something?!)
You’ll see me again though!
Kid-friendliness: Kiddos were here(early hours) and they were sweet and seemed to enjoy the place

Don't go on Tuesdays! Our waitress informed us that everyone of significance is off on Tuesdays, so no one is in the kitchen. It took one hour, yes one hour, from the time we ordered to the time we were served. A little loud, with a patron from the bar exclaimimg inaudible words at a piercing decibel.

I really can’t believe that the chef and owners changed up the menu and removed some of the more favorite items on the menu for some “Italian Gastro pub” foolishness.
Fried mushrooms over fried pickles? Are you serious? The fried pickles were one of the main reasons I would come there and you replaced them with some poorly marinated and deep-fried mushrooms. That mess is trash. .
Southern fried chicken breast with gravy and mashed potatoes is an Atlanta staple. Please tell me why you decided to put butter beans on top of the damn chicken and gravy? Where do they do that?
I was literally hot as fish grease yesterday when I showed up to see this new menu. I’m so disappointed!!! As someone who probably spends $150-$200 a week at this place, y’all ain’t getting much more of my business until that menu changes.
Best of luck.

Great spot for a burger if you don't want to go far/leave the neighborhood. Service is always slow and food can take while to come out for what it is. But, it's not a huge deal.
