Great food, atmosphere and service! We had such a great time and we requested a booth and we had it for the birthday celebration.

Incredible experience, definitely recommend for creative food options, great drinks, and an unbeatable atmosphere.

Jordan, our server, was attentive, knowledgeable, and checked on us for our opinions of the drinks and food. He recommended great choices for us. The ambiance was perfect. Mood lighting and background music lent itself to the experience. The menu was Egyptian, and the meals we ordered were tasteful and the fragrance delightful. I recommend The Consulate for a fantastic date night that will be an intimate one. We weee seated in a booth that was elevated and provided panoramic views of the restaurant. Parking is free as The Consulate validates your parking ticket.

We chose The Consulate to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. From the very beginning, it was an incredible experience! Our server, the food the beautiful artwork and cocktails were wonderful. We definitely plan on making this a regular restaurant as we dined out often. So many restaurants are noisy, but this was an elegant, classy enjoyable space to dine in. The change in menu is also exciting!

The lamb shank dish and paradise found pork belly and noodle dish were outstanding. Our server Jay was an excellent host and guide through our evening. Highly recommended for a unique dining experience in Atlanta.

Wow! The food is of the highest quality, and there are so many great creative options that you won't find anywhere else, especially all in one place. We were blown away by appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Really friendly and attentive service. Awesome unique atmosphere and decor and quiet enough for conversation. Aside from the amazing food, this place strikes a great balance between fancy elegance and relaxed coziness, so it's perfect for a date or special occasion.

A very different dining experience. Great place if you have several food allergies. The drinks were gourmet as is the signature items on the menu. The decor emulates the vibe you would get in the downtown Atlanta area. We are going to start going every time they change the menu to another country, so we can have different experiences every time we visit. They have a great thing happening.

The air conditioning was not working properly. We were a party of 5 at one of the booth tables and it was unbearably hot.

I dined here with my daughter to celebrate her birthday. We had a very enjoyable experience. The service was great, and the food was delicious. The highlighted cuisine was Egyptian. My daughter strayed from the theme and chose the Hawaiian Kalibi Short Rib as her entree, while I opted for the Molokhiya Chicken over Rice. For an appetizer, we chose the Cuban Havana Egg Roll. The chef did not disappoint. This was my first time enjoying Egyptian cuisine, and I am now enamored with it. The flavors in each dish were incredibly complex and ingenious. My only complaint is that our requested dessert, the "Cairo Gold" Egyptian Basbousa Semolina Cake, was unavailable. I really want to try it and may have to return before the theme changes so I am able to do so. I cannot wait to return to this establishment and heartily recommend it to those seeking an upscale dining experience.

We had a wonderful time at the Consulate. The ambiance was very comfortable and not too formal, yet maintained a classy feel. The decor was outstanding and complimented the restaurant themes perfectly. The food was equally impressive. The meat was perfectly cooked to a fall-off-the-bone texture and the sauce was the perfect compliment. They also have an excellent selection of non/alcoholic drinks. Overall amazing experience and I will surely be returning.
