The Drafting Kitchen & Cocktails is an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is vibrant, and the location is perfect. Service was top-tier—Nikki, the bartender, was outstanding. She was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and knowledgeable about both the food and drink menus. Desiree, the manager, added a personal touch by checking in with each guest to ensure everything was going smoothly. The service was prompt, and the food was absolutely delicious....
Conveniently located inside the Hotel Indigo. Nice open atmosphere and cool vibe. The hostess has personality plus and was very welcoming. The food was fine, but pretty basic. I had scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and chicken sausage. It was comfortable and pretty peaceful, and the food was filling.
