I had shrimp & grits and fried green tomatoes. The food was great, and I especially love their house made apple butter, which coincidentally is great for basing your Thanksgiving turkey.

Sat at the bar with Jessica for a mocha and OH MY Grits bowl--- delicious meal & good service. Only complaint--- guy to my right was conducting business on his phone-- quietly but a distraction.

Ordered this on Uber eats. The food was in very small portions and really wasn’t anything special. I ordered stuffed French toast it was just bread with a little cream spread in between and the strawberries were brown. Maybe it would be better eating in the restaurant. Idk but wasn’t my favorite.

Three grits and other items are great but the Eggs Benedict were not to my liking. The eggs were cooked well done and the hollandaise was broken. It also had a sweet taste I didn't enjoy.

This was my first time here.

The food was okay. I didn't think it was worth the price. When I saw what i ordered (which was the salmon scrambled eggs) I wasn't as excited, it was disappointing. I can say I did get full because I don't eat a lot. I thought that would've been something completely different.

The service was okay, I did feel like I was being rushed by the cashier although this was my first time and I did have questions.

The parking is limited in the front.

October 2024 Update: My husband and I returned to the flying biscuit location and had the same amazing experience. The staff was so kind and attentive. AND the food was simply AHHHHHHHHMAZING!!! This is the absolute best grits bowl I have ever had in my life! This place was and is truly awesome! ...Oh and the pumpkin spice pancakes just don't make no sense... They are so light and fluffy... just perfection! I can't visit ATL without My Flying Biscuit fix. Keep up the good work!

Everything was perfect from the delightful cappuccino to the amazing creamy grits and flaky fluffy Belgium waffle and omlette. My husband and I were so impressed. This is our new breakfast spot when we visit Dekalb. I highly recommend.

Today was an off day for this location. I have always enjoyed eating at the old and new location; the food is always delicious and service impeccable. But today, the operation was highly disorganized. We ordered, and it took a while for the coffee to arrive. Then at the 50 minute mark after ordering, we still had not gotten our food. Inside, prepared dishes were piling up under the heat lamp, yet nothing was delivered. We asked about our food and were told it was coming but it never did. I hope this was just a bad day or they were short staffed because I really enjoy coming here as well as their delicious food.

Had pancake tacos and a very robust cup of coffee. Quality service, quality food. Atlanta prices.

it’s insane how bad the quality of the flying biscuit is but people will continue to write rave reviews because they can’t cook an egg at home. everything tastes store bought, frozen and then defrosted to slap onto a plate and call it a meal. the more locations they continue to open, the worse it gets.
