The service was great, ambiance exceptional, however the food was okay a little pricey for the quality and portion sizes.
We had the Garden Salad which was delicious to me and the Tableside Carbonara and that was a nice experience to watch be made right in front of you. It was delicious. We a had the Lychee Martini that was very nicely made. Great night. Will be back to try the Brunch on a Sunday.
Best service and way to celebrate my birthday after a nice spa day at St Regis. We will be back!
If this place wasn't so cool and pretty looking, I'm not so sure it would be very popular. You are paying for the ambiance. There isn't much of a variety of entrees to choose from and they really weren't that great. Atlanta has a lot of amazing restaurants and the food here doesn't compare. I saw a lot of comments about portion size and I sort of blew it off since we aren't big eaters and most of the restaurants where we eat probably are small portions compared to a lot of other places, however, I was quite shocked how tiny the portions were. My $68 piece of fish was so little. I'm glad I didn't order the $110 filet mignon. Filet is what I would normally order, but $110 seemed high. It was my birthday, so I wanted to at least see what this place was about, but we won't be back. There are just so many better restaurants in Atlanta, they just aren't covered in fake trees and flowers.
We made our reservation for 8:00 and we're not sat until 9:00(after checking on the table 3 times). We were told to order all of our food in order for the kitchen to course it out. After waiting for an hour all of the food arrived at the table not coursed out, but all at once. We did not leave the restaurant until after 11pm. The food was decent, the service could have used some work, and the wait was extremely long for no reason. As someone who travels 36 weeks a year and eats all over the country, they have more than a few things to work on!
This place is magical. I really enjoy Cumming there and introducing New people to it. It's wonderful for people watching for cocktails. Even the Mark Tails are amazing, so I highly recommend it for a one of a kind experience.
We had a birthday celebration and reservations for two weeks in advance at 3pm it was not noted on the website that there is no food served between the hours of 3-5pm. Only drinks, alcohol with no food.
This was absolutely the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but this one feels necessary. We traveled a long distance to celebrate my birthday at this venue, got dressed up, and were genuinely looking forward to a special evening. Unfortunately, heavy traffic caused a delay. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times but only reached an automated system with no option to speak to anyone. When we finally arrived—just a little past the grace period—we were turned away and treated very dismissively by the front desk staff. I understand and respect policies regarding lateness, but the attitude and lack of courtesy were completely unnecessary and disappointing. As someone visiting from out of state, I can’t say whether this is typical, but it’s certainly something to consider before choosing to dine here, especially for a special occasion.

The place is top notch and instagrammable. The food was good and is michelin star restaurant.
Now for the appetizers you get a good portion but when ir comes to the main course you are literally left with a small piece to taste. The taste is amazing although a small portion.
But definitely a must try for the experience.

Food and atmosphere were amazing! But the service (especially the hostess stand as well as the manager) were sub-par for the experience you should expect with the bill you are paying for. We had a reservation for 3, one person in our party was stuck in bad Atlanta traffic that everyone knows is very unpredictable. she refused to seat us until the 3rd party was there, we said we would be happy to place the order for the third person, but she wouldn’t seat us. She told us they would seat us for a table of 2, as we had no idea how long the traffic would take to clear up. Within 5 minutes of sitting down, our 3rd party said they be there 15 minutes. Immediately went up to the hostess’s to tell her when our 3rd party would arrive. Of course, now there’s no table for 3 available. Manager comes over; I ask him , we had a reservation for 3, what are we supposed to tell him when he arrives? He says, he can sit at the bar…what??? This is all within a 20 minute slot of our original reservation. Totally ridiculous and unprofessional. Loved the food, but need to do a house cleaning on front of house and think about the customer experience. You can do better. Much better.

I’ve been here a several times and food and cocktails are great! However, recently dancer jumped to the bar and started dancing while people were sitting at the bar. For a bar that claims to be sophisticated and classy, that is not necessary. Maybe GM needs to review performances for the night that meet the restaurant/bar criteria a clientele.

From the moment you walk in, you’re transported into a fairytale. The atmosphere is lush, whimsical, and absolutely enchanting—vibrant florals and a dreamy vibe that makes every corner feel special.
The desserts are the highlight: imaginative, playful, and presented like works of art. Each bite is as delightful as it looks, with flavors that surprise and charm. Pair that with their cocktails and you’ve got an unforgettable experience.
Service is top tier. The staff are attentive, welcoming, and clearly passionate about creating memorable evenings. They anticipate your needs without ever being intrusive, which makes the whole night feel seamless.
If you’re looking for a place that blends elegance with whimsy, The Garden Room is a must visit. Dining here feels less like a meal and more like stepping into a storybook.
