I will start by saying racism is not dead. My friend and I attended the Garden Room for Easter Day brunch. I got there first and got us checked in for our reservation. My friend had to make a pit stop. I was told by the hostess that the whole party had to be present before we could be seated. Totally acceptable , until an older white gentleman walked up and says,” I’m here with XYZ party.” The hostess proceeded to immediately seat him. I very politely approached the hostess to ask her for clarification on their seating policy. She stated, “oh they’re regular at the St. Regis.” Needless to say, I was a bit bothered. After I said something, she then decided to go ahead and seat me. Regular or not, I’m a paying customer and my money spend just the same. My experience started out rocky but it ended very well. The food was AMAZING and Adam, our server was a pleasure. Would I return, more than likely not.

Another Atlanta restaurant that’s all hype and no delivery. It’s been awhile since I’ve had food this bad. Don’t waste your money.

My family and friends celebrated a very sophisticated birthday dinner for my daughter's sweet 16 and it was amazing. It is a beautiful and luxurious place to have dinner.

Beautiful room, pretty clientele, both service and food could/should be better. The menu, prices and ambiance make you expect a certain type of experience. In absolute, it is a good restaurant, but this picture inspiring establishment deserves a higher level of food and service. You can not reorder a bottle of red after your first, and be served a bottle of white with a different vintage after waiting for 15 min... Nor can you order a wagyu and lobster dish and not find any lobster. Would I go back? Certainly for a drink and snacks at the bar for a meeting, not for the culinary experience.

This place is absolutely gorgeous, but the food is way too expensive for the quality. The drinks and service were good. My main complaint is the atmosphere. So many people just there taking selfies. It was very loud and the music was anxiety-inducing, and also very loud. It had a club vibe, not a restaurant vibe. My husband and I went there to celebrate our anniversary, and that was a mistake. We could barely hold a conversation. Maybe I'm just too old for this place. They seemed to be focused on being trendy for a mid-twenties crowd. Definitely not for me.

I was expecting to have dinner here with my husband. This place is very beautiful and great service but the food if I can rate 0 I will. My salad came beautiful but rotten vegetables under?. The server changed a new one before I said I want to cancel it. I realized the salad wasn't cold and I wonder how they prepare and how they keep the salad before serving us. The pillows.. as server recommendation was all only mushrooms. My husband usually love ravioli, he ate only half of the tiny portion of $36.My Chicken breast is 4 slices with no favors for $42++ the brow sauce is ok but a piece of chicken breast that cost as a steak I had somewhere else.Sourdough is fancy for me and it's ok. We leaving Atlanta starving last night. We never complain any restaurant before and we mind to pay more for the quality. This is the first restaurant I would tell everyone I know not to eat the food. It's may be great to hang out for drinks but don't waste your money for the food. I want my money back?

I recently visited The Garden Room for my anniversary dinner with my girlfriend. I picked this place because of how pretty it is. And upon entering, The Garden Room is as stunning as expected, reminding me of a grand greenhouse. We did made a reservation and ran late 20 minutes. Be warn that they do have a 15 min grace period. Since it was slower than usual, I was still able to sit down right away. The service at The Garden Room was excellent and knowledge in explaining the dish and cocktails. I was a little shocked by the cocktail price at $19, especially considering the small quantity. Since they are known for their cocktails, we got 2 cocktails for the experience. And the main meal at The Garden Room was only satisfactory, consisting of a shared Sourdough bread and Steak & Lobster, we found the portion size to be disappointingly small for the price. They advertised Wagyu, but I'm not even sure it is because it was pretty tough. However, the presentation was impeccable, making for excellent photo opportunities. I particularly appreciated the final touches added to the dishes upon serving, which made the food more interesting though. The dessert is unique and tasted good and the sourdough was too cheesy but much better than the Steak in my opinion. This place is good for a one time experience and for capturing Instagram-worthy photos of aesthetically pleasing dishes and drinks

I went to this place for my birthday and actually I found it to be very pretty and just what I wanted even if I was confused by the "Brunch" as I was expecting the typical brunch spread. Here there are no bottomless mimosas and you order by the plate, not a bad thing just not what I had originally expected! It was definitely a place to see and be seen, Even though I didn't go there for that, it was a good experience. Very entertaining people watching?Parking: The restaurant is located in a hotel, the Saint Regis So there's always valet parking.Wheelchair accessibility: The access is very easy because being located inside of a hotel. It has plenty of elevators!!!
