Salim was cool gave suggestions and I went with them the cooks even came up and said what’s up great for the culture I suggest eating this twice as week?????♂️
The parking lot still looks super sketchy and that small street ain't helping no one. Do not keep any valuables in your car.
This time I was smart enough to call ahead and get my order as soon as I arrived. I got the Domoda with Lamb ($4) with plantains and jollof ($2). The menu doesn't show that the lamb cost more but I am glad that I got it. The meal is big and delicious. I want to come to this place everyday.
Last order was the Loaded Fries with steak and greedy sauce. The Greedy sauce is similar to a BBQ sauce. The place was loaded with cheese and meat. The sauce was a good balance. The fries has a good crispiness to them. The meal was very good.

after seeing the other reviews on this thread, we were so excited to try the gggg bought brunch and we were so excited that it was hilal but sadly we were very disappointed. We were extremely hungry, and we were welcomed by the tiniest Shawarma on this planet it was mayonnaise filled and honestly not even close to worst the value which is $15. All the wings were often they were dry and they looked like they were in the oven for at least two days like they were crusty and just overall it was a bad experience and I genuinely like I hope the best for the owner but I wish that you guys can increase your portions and give more value for the money we paid. Also, the flavor wasn't bad but the fact that I paid so much for so little just made me lose my appetite.

The shawarma was super tiny felt like a taco bell burrito. The wings were smaller than my fingers and dry. Everything costed so much. 15+ for a shawarma without fries that was not fulfilling at all.

Discovered The Greedy Bunch recently when conducting a Google search for West African food and decided to check it out on a Saturday afternoon. I have been back twice and will likely continue to support this place when in the mood for good comfort food. I enjoyed the domoda pasta, domoda over rice, lamb shawarma platter, shawarma wrap, wings, loaded fries, jollof rice, plantains, even the side salad has a very nice flavor. The portions are generous and pricing is fair.
Recommend this place for takeout or delivery. The restaurant has limited indoor and outdoor seating, but not necessarily the best dining atmosphere in my opinion.

Ruined my night and had to order again to to fill me up. I easily get two portions when I order biriyani/rice. From the Tannour nearby, sometimes more than 2!
Greedy Bunch: $18, 25 minutes for food to come out, small portion, mediocre quality food Tannour Grill: $10, 5 minutes for food to come out, triple portion, more space, nicer atmosphere Go to Tannour Grill instead. It’s literally right next door.

Here's what I got for $36 after tax: 1 small chicken shawarma wrap 1 menial portion of jolloff rice 20 (yes it was few enough to count lol) little nubs of lamb on rice with onions; no other vegetables or seasonings or sauces. Almost $40 for 2 small entrees and a half side :|
Granted, the lamb was pretty good, but good lord did this almost ruin my night. Ordered in-store, was already shocked by the price before I paid, but since the reviews were good I decided to give it a chance. Cashier said 10-15 minutes, and I gave my name for the order. 40 minutes later, I had to go up and ask for it. Insanity. This was 3 hours before close on a Thursday night. I don't usually like leaving bad reviews based on one experience, but this place's ratings don't seem to reflect what you're getting for the price. Maybe go here if you want loaded fries and wings, but if you're expecting worthwhile shawarma, walk across the street and go to Tannour Grill. Especially if you want to support a small business, and not a pop-up that exists only to serve online delivery.

I ate here for lunch last week (around noon so their hours may not be correct). The flavors were pretty good but the meat (beef shawarma) was salty as hell. I could barely eat my whole lunch because of the salt level. For sides, I got the salad and plantains and they were super good.
Flavors are good but portions are kind of small for the price.

"Absolutely delicious! The food was hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The portions were generous, and the delivery was super fast. Will definitely order again!" Don’t sleep on plantains !! Wings were seasoned so well and perfect. Also had the loaded beef fries !!! Child they were seasoned to perfection with grilled onions !!!
