Maybe it was an off night, but your bartenders were embarrassing. It was our first time there & one of them tried to charge me and a friend $14 for a cup of fountain/tap. He wasn’t joking with us about it either. Tried to force us to buy bottles beforehand. Be wary when ordering drinks there cause they were on a scammy vibe that night. Never seen a bartender do something so desperate and embarrassing. If I see him again I’ll make sure to avoid him at all costs. You need to show more respect your queer clientele of color and quit the tomfoolery

Unfortunately, my experience last Saturday was disappointing because of the DJ (Volos) . The music selection was terrible, there was no connection with the crowd, and the DJ showed absolutely no energy. It honestly felt like he was playing because he had to, not because he wanted to be there. A dance club heavily depends on the DJ’s vibe, and this really affected the night. I strongly recommend choosing better DJs to maintain the quality and atmosphere of the club.

Depends on the night or event that's happening, you can check their calendar. If it's a guest DJ or promo event, there's usually a cover or a ticket price. Drinks are always good and bartenders are usually quick to work the crowd for service. There's an outdoor deck area, inside bar that's well lit, a large dance floor, and a darker area near the leather shop. There's troths in both bathrooms and stalls in the other section. They bring well known djs from around the globe regularly. If it's a non-event night, it'll be noticeably slower crowd to get started. Atl folks do start later and go on into the morning until 3ish. Always a good time. Never had their food, can't judge

Monday performances was Verii memorable and a highlight to the visit. The service was hella welcoming and the Food is A1. The fish combo and chicken I had to get a Togo order for both. Drinks came too tier w the bartenders. For sure a jewel.

They had a $25 cover for each person. Go to Atlanta Eagle. It's cheaper and better with a hot dance floor.

The heretic is a mainstay of Atlanta gay nightlife. We always enjoy coming for the weekend or pride. The bar staff is great and the music is awesome

CAUTION: Must read. To new specialists operating MRI’s. Don’t be over confident. DO NOT rely only on an individuals weight as trained by company sales staff. That’s only to ensure the sliding table doesn’t break down. PLEASE include the USE of a clothing measurement tape to ensure an individuals size doesn’t exceed bore limit including comfortability. PLEASE SLOW DOWN and be more mindful of this because SQUEEZING an overweight individual into a standard bore MRI ADDS WEIGHT to the slider adding risk of breaking while stuck inside the tube. MRI machines come in standard, wide bore, and open MRI. BE SURE TO TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT THIS PRIOR TO SCHEDULING. I’m older in my 50’s and larger than I use to be. Without checking my waist size they shoved me in nothing to it only I felt like I was squeezed in. ZERO movement. A formal firefighter and a 100lbs lighter I’ve been in similar situations with more gear. Maybe I’ve grown more claustrophobic in my later years. I never had a second thought to get in and go with it. But once I was pinned in about 10 minutes later I found I couldn’t breath well, I became dry mouthed and any mucus felt like it was getting caught in my throat. I found myself beginning to panic and make things worse. As a former EMT I’m here to warn you these tables are fragile and do break. Mostly do to weight of an individual, but stuffing a fat body into a standard bore is very very bad idea.

Incredible vibes! The staff takes no BS so if you're coming with bad vibes, you maybe won't enjoy it. The dance floor is big and there are multiple bars so there typically isn't a crazy long wait. I wish they had more tequila options but otherwise, the selection is pretty good. The patio and deck area are lively. The darkroom can get INSANELY packed so manage expectations on really busy event nights. It's difficult to navigate when it's standing room only. There also wasn't a coat/clothes check the weekend I first visited so I'll know now how to prepare. Very accepting, sex-positive space with a diverse and friendly crowd. I had an incredible first time visiting and came back the next night for an even better experience! It may just become my new regular bar for my nights out!

We went for the Pride Friday Georgia Aquarium after Party. We got there about 11pm and it started to fill up with lots of people wanting to party and have fun. Lots of people were on the dance floor enjoying the DJ's music, chatting with friends and having drinks, hanging out outside, etc. The place was packed with people looking sexy and having fun.

Place used to be packed and now it’s mid. The afters are fun sometimes. Some weekends it’s packed and some not so much. Just not worth the insane price. But safety is key these days so yes, I’ll continue to pay as long as they’re open. Ha The crowd can be diverse at times and not so diverse others. Parking is safe and plenty of spots. If you’re visiting from out of town, be nice to everyone. Heretic is a staple of this city.

The establishment maintains a clean environment; however, the pricing of beverages appears to be elevated, and the thematic concept presents a degree of duality.
