We went there to get a ham for Christmas. They were very busy yet remained very pleasant. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen.

The line was very long this morning the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and the only customers being served were for pre-paid orders. I have come to this store for years and this has never happened. The manager began to take others order after 8:00 am. I arrived at the store before 7:00 am but had to wait until after 8:00 to be served. People in line had to go to work and I was one of them. This is not good customer service. I hope this does not happen next year.

The girl behind the counter on Saturday May 24,2024 at about 3:00pm with the long dookie braid and air pods needs a different job. I ordered 40 mins in advance, arrived and it wasn’t ready. She wasn’t apologetic, she actually moved as slow as possible and decided to ring up customers instead of making an order that should’ve been ready by the time I had arrived. She had an attitude like I was bothering her, she made my sandwich wrong after waiting 20 mins and paying $15. I will NEVER return to this location

energy in here sucks. customer service is always horrible. I stopped coming here b/c of how nasty the older women are in here but decided to come today b/c I really wanted a sandwich. surprisingly, the younger women are full of vibrant energy but them older ones....smh and also the lady took my order and then walked away so then the younger lady was like well I guess I'll make your sandwiches. it was also her 1st time making the sandwiches. I think she was in training. the woman came back to help her but shoot, it was too late. she was pretty much done. No matter what time you go, they're always out of everything in regards to trying to order a sandwich, so please expect the bare minimum. New management or new people are needed ASAP.

Terrible customer service. I wanted to order a Tavern Club and there wasn’t any bacon. The clerk told me in a nonchalant unhelpful voice. Employees weren’t friendly and did not greet me. When I was ready to order the clerk act like I was bothering her. I wanted my bread and toasted and she proceeds to tell me I’m doing too much. I decided to leave and spend my money somewhere else. I honestly think she was pleased. Her attitude presented an air of I don’t want to work

They need to Fire the manager and this Ugly light skin lady named Trina I came in and ordered a Cobb salad and a sandwich I was given 2 packs I asked for two more she claimed she has to charge me which was a lie I told her I wasn’t paying for it. So I refused the salad so she threw it in the trash as if that bothered me I just wondered how does a business make money with employees like that.??

Customer Service is still Awful walked in honey bake ham today on national the manager didn't speak or anything looking mean the same lady that should have been fired years ago. The owner of this establishment should of fired this woman a long time ago. You will NOT get alot of business with horrible customer svc and bugs in the food because your employees DONT CARE

10$ for a sandwich, sandwich maker/ cashier rude. Sandwich was not worth it. Lock the doors during opening hours. Not welcoming energy.

The food is always good at honey baked ham, but this particular location has horrible service. Now, my last visit here was an exception. The cashier who helped me was extremely helpful and pleasant, and for that reason, I gave this place 3 stars. That cashier's customer service deserves 5 stars, but past experiences at this store brought the average down. In the past, I have had to report this store to the corporate office, and I have stopped coming to this store for a while. Even on this visit, another worker came out from the back, looked in my face, did not greet me, and did not ask if I needed any help. She found time to grab her cell phone and start talking on it. Someone she knew came in the store, and she made time to talk to them instead of making sure customers were taken care of. I really appreciate the good service I received from the other worker, but I probably won't return any time soon.

I love this location on old national. They are always so nice. They answer the phone if you call and you can hear the smiling voices. Thank you for your quality customer service.
