Honey baked promised a priority line and fast service for pre orders. This was a complete lie!!! I’m waiting in the same line as everyone
I returned to this location today per the store manager request. She accomdated me today because of my previous experience. I greatly appreciate her professionalism, great customer service, and attentiveness from her and the staff today.

The policy of not seeing the product before purchase is not great. The company will lose long time loyal customers with this antiquated way of thinking. Customers will not allow the associates to take the product to the back office out of the customers view to bring back a picture of the product to purchase. If the customer can no longer view the product who knows what happeneds to the product in the back office out of view. We'll all I can say no more HBH for many loyal customers. So long HBH business will not last long.
Extremely nice and accommodating staff! Greeted me as soon as I walked in and very pleasant. Nice and clean restaurant too!!!

The Tavern club is pretty good 👍
The ladies who work here provide great customer service, the food is always fresh and good. She makes an awesome chef salad. Thank you for all your hard work and great service, keep up the great work!

The food was good though a bit expensive. I only ever really come to order when I have a BOGO offer. The store was clean although I did takeout. The biggest downside was the wait times, it took forever for the line to even move.

I just wanted to share a quick story about something that happened during my recent visit to your store. After being helped by one of the employees, I said, “Thank you,” like I always do. But instead of acknowledging it, she literally stepped back, grabbed her drink, and didn’t say a word to me.
Maybe it’s a lack of home training, I don’t know. A simple “You’re welcome” would’ve gone a long way. Instead, it felt like I was being brushed off the moment the transaction was over.
I get that people have busy days, but responding to a customer’s “thank you” isn’t just polite—it’s part of basic customer service. That kind of dismissive behavior leaves a negative impression.
I really hope management sets clear expectations around professionalism and courtesy.

The line was very long this morning the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and the only customers being served were for pre-paid orders. I have come to this store for years and this has never happened. The manager began to take others order after 8:00 am. I arrived at the store before 7:00 am but had to wait until after 8:00 to be served. People in line had to go to work and I was one of them. This is not good customer service. I hope this does not happen next year.

The girl behind the counter on Saturday May 24,2024 at about 3:00pm with the long dookie braid and air pods needs a different job. I ordered 40 mins in advance, arrived and it wasn’t ready. She wasn’t apologetic, she actually moved as slow as possible and decided to ring up customers instead of making an order that should’ve been ready by the time I had arrived. She had an attitude like I was bothering her, she made my sandwich wrong after waiting 20 mins and paying $15. I will NEVER return to this location
