I go here once a year for my son's birthday. This year we were a party of 10. The food is consistent year over year. The bartenders were great beforehand. The waitress was mediocre. She wanted to rush us even though they weren't full. I had to ask her to explain the order process to most of our guests who had never been there before. Then I had to try to recall and explain the cooking process because she couldn't be bothered. Had they not automatically added a 20% tip, she would not have received that $115.

The alpine cheese was gritty but flavorful. It didn't adhere like normal to the dippers. Bring back the Gorgonzola sauce. Miss it with the veggies and steak. Also, miss the wine flight

It's too dark in the restaurant. When everyone is having to turn on their phone flashlight to be able to read the menu, it's just too dark. We loved eating there, though, just a little more light would be helpful!

Our server made our dinner fun! She also insured that we got out in plenty of time to get to the Fox theater for a show.

This was hands down the best meal we've had in Atlanta since arriving this summer! Everything—from the atmosphere and service to the food—was exceptional. Our server, Marvin, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly stood out. Manager Ray also delivered top-tier service, personally checking in with us during every course, which made the evening feel even more special. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to return!

Caress was so sweet and easy to talk to about any questions we had. We have been here several times now and are huge huge fans! The turtle chocolate is my absolute favorite. The staff is so welcoming and always willing to answer questions… Definitely a must visit and Atlanta! Shelby was our waitress and she was super sweet.
My family and I have been frequent diners at the Melting Pot in Atlanta for many years. It is always the requested establishment for birthdays, anniversaries, graduation, or simply a nice night out in the city. Melting Pot has always been a wonderful experience, but this past weekend that was not the case. The service and atmosphere were absolutely atrocious. We waited over half an hour before anyone came to the table to get our drink order, which I could understand if the restaurant were busy, but we were one of three parties in the entire place. We placed our drink order and the rest of our order at the same time. We waited another half hour for the cheese course to be served. We requested tortilla chips and more bread as we had a party of 5 and there wasn’t enough, we didn’t receive them until we were mostly done with the cheese. At this point we still had not received any drinks. When our server came to retrieve the pots from the cheese we asked about drinks, it was still about 15-20 minutes before we got them. I went to the restroom while waiting for the entree to arrive. The restroom was so disgusting that I completely lost my appetite. There were used condoms on the floor, feces on the wall and no toilet paper in either stall. I was completely grossed out. The rest of the meal was good for my family, the food was delicious as it always is, and they enjoyed the main course. Once we finished the entree, we waited nearly 45 minutes for our chocolate to come. Again, if the restaurant were busy I would be more understanding, but it was a ghost town Sunday night. My son excused himself to go to the restroom while we waited, he immediately returned and he too had lost his appetite. There were people having sex in the bathroom, LOUDLY. At this point we were beyond ready to leave, it was awful. Part of the joy of the Melting Pot is the experience, which is why I’ve never minded the $75 per person price tag that comes with the meal. This past weekend was one experience I wish I had not paid for and do not wish to have again. One would expect that for the price you could receive a glass of water, a courteous server, clean restrooms and a lack of public sex. Very very disappointed, we will certainly miss what this place used to be.

Our waiter was great but we were overcharrged and told they couldn’t break the checks out for our party. With today’s technology it is not acceptable that you can’t break out a bill or accept more than two cards.. In the time it took us to determine we were overcharged, have that fixed and how to split our bill and pay the person who paid you could have done the same. You weren’t even busy. Do better for your customers convenience.

We are regulars here it's usually very good but tonight the service was terrible we were going to spend more money but we didn't want to waste it on terrible service no tip for server I felt like bc we were getting desert and cheese fondue we were treated with bad service

I love the melting pot but the server was awful. And wouldnt admit to any mistakes, she just brushed it off. There was a gentlemen server who was awesome and helpful but he wasnt our server who said got it to everything from beer and coffee orders to request for bread or sauces. Then she would disappear and deny that we told her anything. For around 250 for 3 people I expected much better. She reaked of cannabis smell as well. After 3 decades of being a customer they lost my business. Too many other good options to waste money on an aweful experience
