Sit down at bar at 1 o’clock. At 1:05 bartender comes over and says we’re only doing drinks. I see food all around me. She said cook is off shift at 1 and I’d have to cook anything so I’m just saying drinks only. I order a drink off the picture menu of margarita with black salt rum. She sits it down without black salt. I ask for it, she said they don’t have black salt and that pictures are off. She offers to cook wings or sides. I told her we’d just go elsewhere for food and she points us to food court. Terrible!

No menu available unless you look online. Sounded good so I tried to grab a table to try it. Unfortunately as it seems to be pretty common from the reviews the kitchen was closed at 1:15. The rude/sleepy/high/ didn’t give a crap server announced I could get a drink if I wanted to wait but that’s about all she could muster up the energy for
Probably saved me from disappointment. That is if any other restaurant didn’t also decide that actually running the kitchen was worth their time.

I’m sitting here right now, the bartender Corey has a very disgusting attitude. Myself and 2 others were IGNORED. The 2 others left because of lack of service. While I understand he was working the bar solo, it’s a way to do everything!

Wife just had a horrible experience here. The food was bad and the wait staff was even worse. Rude, impatient, eye rolling. She started by throwing her menu down on the table followed by "Watchu Want". Lady... what do you want ??... out of life particularly. You work at a restaurant in an airport. I can only imagine it must be tough. You spend your days watching people going places in life, while it's all quite clear your never going to ammount to much. Maybe clean up your attitude and make the most of this life you've been blessed with. An absolute shame.

Smelled good but was rudely told they aren't taking food orders even though the place was empty at 230 in the afternoon.
Unfortunately, I was unable to get food ordered due to the bar tender arguing with a customer. This went on for about 5 minutes. Just wasn’t feeling the energy after all the rave reviews.

I was refused service at the Atlanta airport. I sat at the bar for over 25 minutes without the server taking my order. Everyone around was asked for orders except me. I had a layover and wanted an appetizer and drink. I was totally sober, so that was not an issue. People coming in after me had food and drink before I was even asked. He called everyone Boss. I was so humiliated.

I have been here twice, half the menu is crossed off and it is so old you can hardly read it. It takes a long time for them to acknowledge you, then they have you seat on tables with previous guest' garbage. It is another 15 to 30mins until u get your order, the waitress acts as if she doesn't want people there, tells everyone it will take a long time like 2hrs. There is fruit flies everywhere. It takes forever to get your bill. Both times here were less than ideal. Food takes about 45mins to arrive, bill another 30mins after. First time the wings were kind of dry, 2nd time I think they gave me the wrong meat and the wrong drink. People come and seem confused you aren't sure if you should wait or seat yourself, if you wait you are ignored

Right to the point - the greeted us with all the things they ran out of - which was everything bbq. Then it took a while to get served but no fault of the server as he was so overworked they finally called for help. Worst part - the food - chicken looked like it came from a can. Cheese sauce on nachos taste like the cheap stuff at the movie theater. And half our food came out room temp. Mac and cheese and potato salad was decent but that’s about it. Wouldn’t recommend.

The pitcher looks good, but the food wasn't. This was the natural platter with brisket on top. It literally had three shaved pieces of brisket that were tiny, no meat at all.
