A very nice place on Dec 11th (my birthday) i sat at the bar with my boyfriend we were in such deep convo we never did get to play any games we arrived I will say around 9:30ish sat at the end of the bar. So well towards closing we asked for the tab my boyfriend paid with a card we sat longer talking and upon looking for his card he dropped some change on the counter idk about 3 coins not sure exact so the Caucasian lady with really long blonde hair ( that didn't take care of us) came up start picking up the coins and with a sarcastic smirk on her face she looks at my boyfriend and say so this is the tip? While picking up the coins we looked at her like who said that was your tip we weren't leaving yet ive never in my 13 years as a bartender myself have done that that's an insult even if it was the tip your not supposed to show a paying customer you have a problem with how much they tip it doesn't go like that and even though she didn't take care of us and it was a guy that took care of us we left a $15 tip on a $23 tab we only had one drink a piece that the GUY made really good other then that I think I might give them another try one day but next time I go go sling shot.

Came here today in a company event. MICHAEL was amazing. He gets all of my stars for his amazing service. So attentive and making sure our orders were straight.

Cocktails were good but the customer service left much to be desired. My mom got scraped by a loose screw on the bar stool and the manager Shanell was very argumentative towards her when she brought it to her attention. I usually enjoy my visits here, but my most recent one was not pleasant. Megan and Adrian were a great help though and the only reason we didn’t leave with a bad taste in our mouth.

I was considering hosting a large event here and really liked the environment, I had great service, the food was OK, but I saw the manager who introduced herself as Chanel being consistently incredibly disrespectful to the employees and it put a bad taste in my mouth. She was also very off-putting and cold to me as a customer. It’s a cool date spot and probably good for events but I really don’t want to give my business to a company that treats their employees so poorly.

Hard to find restrooms. Beware of parking in the parking garage $15.00. Mini bowling really fun.

Not a bad place, atmosphere was awesome.

The only reason my rating is low was because of my valet experience. It was a caucasian gentleman that took my money. He stated their policy wasn’t for people to pay ahead of time (to which we had no problem with paying later), but he said he would mark up the piece of paper stating that we already paid. We were inside for all of 30 mins at most and when we retrieved our car back, we asked the same gentleman for our change back as parking was only $5 and we gave him $20. Another gentleman approaches us and states that because it wasn’t marked that we paid ahead of time he would be unable to give us our change back (which is no fault of ours bc that is THEIR procedure), but instead gave us $5 and stated “in good faith he wouldn’t charge us for parking tonight”, but in actuality he charged us MORE for parking because the caucasian gentleman stole our $20 and never stated that we paid upfront. BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT GIVING YOUR MONEY TO THEM AS IT MAY GET STOLEN. venue was nice, cute games

Loved it, cute fun! Wish they would add some music maybe BYOB! But maybe they have all that and I can’t in a quieter day!

The parking for this place is valet only. They charge $5. Here's the kicker, it's only 1 person, YOU PARK YOUR OWN CAR, and it's in a garage type thing. So basically, it's a garage where you pay to park yourself. The word valet is a distracting lie.
Ok, to get to this place is weird. There's no signage up, just a lighted pick of a duck above a door. Then you go up or down some stairs, along a long corridor, and wander if this is a setup. It gives real horror movie vibes.
Anyway, once in, you can pin bowl ($60 per lane, $5 shoes) and have full service of the bar and food menu at your lane or you can play a different game and place your order at the bar. It's probably 5-6 different games to play (some wheel game, air hockey, pin bowl, etc.) All enjoyable. Rather, you follow directions or not.
The menu is not robust but everything we had was great. I'm talking about even down to the chicken tenders. Sooooooooo good! We got regular fries instead of duck fries. So good. That turkey leg will make you want the rest of the turkey! Drinks were also very good.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Painted Duck, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the vibrant, yet cozy ambiance that perfectly balances sophistication with a lively atmosphere.

What truly set the evening apart was the impeccable service my party received from Maggie. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and her personality gave us life!

Last night, for a corporate event that I was hosting, I had a charter bus take 50 people over to the Painted Duck and I was truly impressed with everything from walking in the door, to walking out. Thank you and your crew for an outstanding experience. Handling with ease, Cleo, Chelsea, and Mikey (might be wrong on that name), kicked absolute butt and everyone had rave reviews on both them and the venue. The food, drinks and unique bowling were all stars of the show. I truly appreciate your accommodations and service; it was one for the books.

Food: High quality, taste awesome with presentation well done.
Atmosphere: Love the vibe, comfortable seating everywhere, upscale service, intimate classy
Price Point: food, drink and 1 hour lane for my husband and I was $200. The land for an hour on a weekend night was $60.
I would go back. It is a great date idea that is different
