I wanted to share my experience so improvements can be made....... ordered 2 six pc wing meals and a lemonade. Waited an 1.5hrs, altho app estimated 30 minutes. There was no explanation or apology for extended wait. The lemonade was wrong and presented with no ice. The fries were hard and cold. The chicken was not fresh and put me in the mind of chicken wings on a Chinese buffet. 🤢 Unfortunately I couldn't finish them. Never trusting tiktok reviews again.....on top of everything, I experienced GI upset. The waiting area was also hot and musty. Again, this is not a bash but an opportunity for improvement..... no refund required.....

Leaving this review just to keep everything honest.. I had to wait 2 hours to get my food yesterday. This was the first time I had to wait that long. I believe it was an honest mistake in the kitchen but the food absolutely made up for the wait! Not only was the food crazy good, the cook gave us a lil summin for the wait! Do not judge the 1 star for service as they provide bad service.. That was the experience I had this 1 particular time. Everything else was amazing and I’m definitely going back! 💪🏾

I’m not the person to leave reviews but I am highly upset. I drove and hour waited over an hour for my chicken philly just to have cheese and meat in the bread. Just crazy for $40, I got two meals. This place ain’t as good as it use to be. I say order two hours early. This is ridiculous

This is NOT a restaurant! y’all need to change the website to pick up orders only or something. definitely a waste of time and gas driving over there. the mixed lady had an attitude and was over talking me so I left because I ain’t want nobody spitting in my food.

This is NOT a restaurant. It’s a ghost kitchen. Uber eats delivery only. Wasted time driving here.

First off coming from CA I have had many places in ATL but none like The Retro Grill!!!! This food was very flavorful, full of seasoning, and the service OMG everything gave and I will be back money well spent! They have the beat food in ATL
