I can’t say enough about how amazing the service here is…EVERY TIME I go! I was having a horrible day and after briefly sharing with the manager in just simple conversation…I was met with a free donut. It’s little unexpected acts of kindness like this that will make me life time customer. It helps that these are legit some of the best donuts I’ve ever had too. Highly recommend!!!

Who is in charge of marketing for this company? The logo / sign looks like it’s a place that sells fish. That beam is just confusing. I walked by the store for three years without interest. Finally walked in because a friend wanted to check it out. It’s an amazing dessert place, super yummy. Nothing salty here, no fish.

Stopped by the Buckhead location around 4:45 p.m. on a Sunday and was the only customer in the shop. I said hello to the employee working near the barista station and received no response. I browsed the donut case and menu, then waited to ask about availability. After saying hello again with no acknowledgment, I asked if the store was open because I was genuinely confused.
The employee looked at me but never spoke. I wasn’t told they were closed, but I also wasn’t acknowledged at all. The entire interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming, so I left without ordering. I let the employee know before leaving “I do not feel welcome here.”
I know The Salty has great donuts, but at this price point, and for something marketed as a premium experience, customer service matters. I want to support local businesses, but I didn’t feel comfortable spending my money here.

Visited with family from out of town and the woman at the counter had a poor attitude especially when asked about a favorite donut that you apparently no longer offer (the PopTart). The donuts are really good but the customer service is lack luster!

The chocolate chip Gluten Free donut is the best gluten free donut I have ever had, and maybe even better than a normal hot Krispy Kreme! It is so fluffy and soft and just melts in your mouth. I am HOOKED. I personally can’t try the other flavors but they look and smell phenomenal!

Was not greeted when my party came in. It was our first time. The customer service is lacking… Asked for my name when checking out but never said the name when the coffee was ready or even tried to get my attention. For it being a moderately priced place I expected more. But I should’ve just left the coffee because it was nasty. Donuts were good and atmosphere inside was nice.
