Frosted Orange and Onion Rings are to die for. ⚰️ You can skip a nekkid dog, add some chili and/or slaw.
Fast food with some history.
Lacking in quality of food.
Food was great. Priced around the same as a Chick-fil-A or Arby’s. The shakes are delicious and the customer service was excellent. A very warm welcome and patient with questions and providing details. Much appreciated
The chilly dogs were dry
It's an institution. Peak lunch service was chaotic--long lines and very noisy. Peach pie was delicious. Love the rustic cut fries. Burger was a little smaller than anticipated based on other review photos (still a good size).
The food was not that good most of my food was cold I'd rather eat at Burger King or smth
Glad to know they are back to accepting cash. Whataya have....Chilli dog with onions, onion rings and frosted orange
This is not health food. It's excellent for what it is. The shakes and Frosted Orange are excellent.
The food was good, haven't been in several years and it was still good.

My husband and I finally made it to the iconic Varsity for a quick dinner! We went on an off time for an early dinner on a Tuesday, and it was super low key. While we know we’ve had better burgers and dogs, we didn’t leave disappointed. Everything was tasty, and I especially liked the chili cheese fries. My husband described the burger as being better than a regular McDonald’s burger but not as good as a quarter pounder. The place was clean and I would keep it in mind for a quick and easy meal again while in midtown ATL.
Def a vintage spot but the price and selection reflect that. They are quick. Like really fast. And the food actually looks like the menu
I love the Varsity!!
Stood in line behind 1 couple until I ran out of time and had to leave
Honestly believed it would be a tourist trap but it was good and it was inexpensive. Will definitely come back.
