The Varsity Concourse C

ATL International Airport has the rudest TSA agents I have ever encountered and I travel a lot. They treat people rudely and don’t have any professionalism. It’s time for Homeland Security to clean this mess up.

So dirty. Trash cans were over flowing and airport employees are totally disengaged. Disappointing to return to this.

This airport is an unmitigated dump.

I checked 2 boxes of wine that made it from Italy without a scratch until they went through the Atlanta airport. The animals that work there decided to throw them around and destroy them despite a dozen Fragile Stickers. My kids asked my why I put so many stickers before the boxes were checked. After were received them back like this I agreed with them; the animals who handled the boxes most likely can't read. I will avoid this airport at all costs.

Why do the Atlanta TSA staff feel it is necessary to yell at people? Just stop please.

I’d put zero stars if possible. Lost my order and kept saying they were working on it. Staff was entirely rude after I placed my order. Don’t waste your time or money here!

I picked up food at the Termunal C location at ATL. It was a very disappointing dining experience. The food was cold and the fries tasted like they had been re-cooked in old grease. Worst food I've ever had from The Varsity. I threw the fries away because it was too close to my flight time to go back and complain. Skip the airport location and wait until you can go to their original location in downtown Atlanta.

>24hrs later and I still feel nauseous. The fries were limp and oily. I really like varsity but this is the worst fast food experience I’ve had in years.

Worst food ever. 2 Soy burgers on 4 bun with a piece of cheese on each. Fries are grease soggy and the soda is ok. Go to Chick Filet next door. The airport should close this deceptive place down. Their food does not represent a normal burger and fries. !

So I waited for a long time and I was the person in line (I should have left at that point). Then I get to my gate and my burger looks horrible. Like they smashed my bun right before they put it in the bag! It wasn’t even hot anymore and that was only a 5-8 min walk.very dissatisfied with my order.
