This was my first time ordering from The Velvet Bar. But, I can tell you it wont be my last. I ordered a Red Velvet Cake for my girlfriends birthday. The red velvet cake I had the pleasure of tasting was nothing short of a masterpiece. The first thing that strikes you is its vibrant, rich red color, a visual treat that promises an equally delightful experience.The cake was incredibly moist, a testament to the skillful baking process that ensured it was baked to perfection. Each bite was a beautiful blend of flavors. The balance was just right, not too sweet, not too tangy, but a perfect middle ground that keeps your taste buds wanting more.The cream cheese frosting was the cherry on top. Well I called January 12 around 11:00am to order the 95 layer cake for January 15 2023 . I was told I would have to email them to see if the cake would be available. The female then told me to text her the cake that I wanted and that she would respond to me in 30 mins to see if they would have it available for the 15 instead. She said that I would have to order the cake on the 12 before the day was over with but she never text me back or called to let me know anything. I didn't order the cake bc she never reached out to me. Was not going to order a cake that wouldn't have been ready by Sunday.

I just so happened to received a Red Velvet Cupcake at the Hawks Game last night from my brother who work Event Security. "Lawd have Mercy" on my tastebuds that was amazing. The cupcake was a perfect blend of moist and sweet. The topping (oh boy that Cream Cheese Topping) with the chopped pecans was heaven. The presentation in the gold cup with the lil fork (gold at that) got me wanting more. The Red Velvet Cookie didn't have a chance. So soft and yummy my brother only had 2 and I wished he gotten a half dozen. I think they sprinkling crack in the batter because that is addictive (Just kidding about the Crack, but they putting "sumptin" other than extra butter & sugar because that was too good No Cap). All jokes aside... That was great. Definitely putting in an order.
