We had a pick up order. How do you charge me to come pick up my food.Like really. The onion rings were so greasy I thought I stuck my hand in a pot of grease. The food was tasteless no flavor what so ever. Won't be eating there again.

This might be the coolest place known to mankind. The ambiance is like no other. They do it their way and if that suits you than this is the spot . The food was excellent. The Ka'mana Wa'na Lei'ya burger was over the top and the pineapple jalapeno jelly was bomb. They bring you a lot of napkins up front and I needed them. But the star of the show was my server Lex. She is the Shohei Ohtani (sorry Braves fan) of the downtown restaurant scene. She was super pleasant with a great smile and absolutely nailed every service point. I asked that she bring me a second beer without even asking when my first ran low. Sure a shit, there it was. She recommended the Muthacluckin' Chicken Rolls and killed it. Lex checked on me just enough and helped me with some official Vortex merch. How about a standing ovation for whoever is responsible for having her on staff. All said, if you love delicious food, great service and ambiance like no other - this is your place.

While visiting my niece she ordered burgers from here. After driving all day anything would have been good but omg these burgers were phenomenal!!! I had the patty melt and it was the best I ever had.

Super cool place with all kinds of crazy decor inside. I sat at the bar for dinner, bartenders were great and on top of it. I had to have a burger since thats what they are known for. The Blue Shroom was great. A cool place to check out.

NO for me. Social media bragged about Vortex being the top tasting burger in Atlanta.....while the burger was tasty I cannot put it in my top 5, nor the top 10. Its a basic burger, I never like to leave a place knowing I could have made this at home. Not where better than That burger spot in ATL Farmhouse burgers in GA Harriets in Charlotte Crunketlon in Charlotte Not even Five Guys.... so yeah it's a NO. Tried this spot out. While looking for a place to have some food and drinks with a vibe and this place did not disappoint! The food and drinks were very good. Service was great. It was packed but it didn’t feel overwhelming. Great music and I just loved the whole esthetic of the place!
