Terrific meal for the price. Oh so good! Great curried chicken sandwich, and full English breakfast. Fresh cut fries. So good. Very friendly staff. Not pretentious, but just good folk.

EMILY WAS AMAZING!!!!!
There was an incident with some crazy people and she handled it with so much professionalism and maturity! Then she continued to work her butt off all night to make everything flow perfectly! We are visiting from out of town and I wish we could go here every weekend and have her as our server! Not to mention the food was awesome, they have some good cooks for sure!

This is one of my favorite hidden gems! This neighborhood spot never disappoints! Come as you are but be ready for amazing food, a very inclusive late night menu, and bartenders and servers that have a no nonsense kindness about them. As a person that has worked in the service industry for years, I’m always happy with the go with the flow vibe and above average customer service, especially for a local spot that serves food late. Prices are beyond reasonable, if you can’t get your order to go through online, give them a call! Pool tables, darts, and a dog friendly patio are just a plus! The entire staff is awesome but Zack and JP never disappoint!

A fantastic, easy, low-key bar that you can always bring friends to have a good time with. Not the best food but who cares, it's a bar. The service, drinks and atmosphere makes it a hidden gem.

Honestly, I’ve only been to this bar for brunch, but it seems like the ideal drive with a solid kitchen. Brunch was good, drinks were…alcohol, service was great, atmosphere was only kinda moody on a Sunday afternoon, so I’ll be back soon for drinks in the evening
Vegetarian options: Veggie omelet for brunch was nice

The karaoke host is cordial but seems like he doesn’t want to be there - multiple times that we have visited unfortunately we have found this vibe. And regulars are allowed to sing way more frequently than non-regulars - despite being tipped $30.Additionally, the bar informed us about 12:15 when we tried to place an order (with no posted kitchen hours in sight) that they were no longer serving food so we ordered pizza to be delivered. When we sat down with it at our booth, one of the bartenders (who couldn’t be bothered to serve us quickly when we tried to get drinks an hour before, but went out of her way, elbowing customers out of the way to get to my friend) informed us we could NOT have outside food inside the bar. We took it to the patio but… How does that make sense? I understand if you’re still serving food you don’t want the competition and we would have love to give them our business because we were starving. But if you want people to black out and become a liability because they haven’t eaten for hours, that’s a good practice to uphold. Would recommend letting patrons stay inside where they might continue to order drinks while eating food that they can no longer purchase from your bar.Our friends love this place so we will be back but hope Whelan can find some consistency and sensibility in their food service and outside food policies.
Vegetarian options: Wouldn’t know - we were declined placing an order.

Mandatory gratuity. My bill was $15. Gratuity was $8. Plus tax. And they wanted tip too. Never going again.

Had me sitting at the bar for over an hour for food I ordered when it wasn’t busy. Turns out they forgot who ordered it and just sat it in the corner to get cold and didn’t even bother to check who ordered it. I was sitting in the same place the whole time mine you. Two thumbs down. Don’t go here if you’re looking for common sense and or good/decent service

The wings are like eating reheated leftovers. The burger was so overcooked that it was hard to tell what it was. The waitress seemed like something was bothering her and acted angry the whole time. It is best to avoid this one.

Just came for after work drinks and pool. It was busy on the patio since it was sunny. Inside was a very chill atmosphere. Vibes were local bar, everybody knows your name. The team was very welcoming although I was new. Great price for pool. Big selection for beers. I didn’t eat but the menu items looked good.
