Unfortunate bc the milkshakes were pretty good, but Tiffany is the reason we’ll go to the other location instead :( we came to celebrate and she spoke to me and my friend like we were stupid.
I asked if I could have the mason jar (I didn’t know the milkshake comes in it by default, I thought you had to ask) and she says “that’s what it comes in..”
I’ve worked in food service for 3 years, and I would never ever speak to a customer as if they’re supposed to know how the menu works.. what a shame
Sorry! Normally when I order a milkshake somewhere else it doesn’t come in a mason jar🤣
Anyway, one milkshake is $18-$20. Steak & Shake def has better (and cheaper) milkshakes with probably kinder staff
Partner and I walked in, lady at register rudely kept asking us if it was our first time like she didn’t want to do her job and would not give us chance to answer and then kept asking “yes or no” very condescendingly; do not come here unless you liked to be talked down to .
Terrible customer service. Will not be returning.
Great place to get milkshakes. Lots of options to choose from to creating your own milkshake. Staff was quick, efficient and friendly. We didn't have to wait long to get our order despite a pretty decent sized line.
Pretty but they use cool whip and call it whipped cream, the brownies and other toppings like that are cheap and taste it, and it’s very expensive for what you get. Most of the staff was very nice and one was very rude and was clearly inconvenienced by being asked a simple question. Still, a fun novelty and the shakes themselves were tasty, minus the cheap toppings.
We got to the Yard and they were slammed with lots of customers, the wait was about 15-20 minutes until we could order, but it was well worth the wait! We got a milkshake from their secret menu - the bananas foster, and it was heavenly and much larger than anticipated! We also got a butter pecan milkshake that was so creamy and delicious. I might have to go again before we leave our vacation ❤️
In regards to allergens, I have an allergy to one fruit and they requested we sign a waiver instead of just informing them to request a new/cleaned scooper. We opted out of that waiver, and they still got a new clean scooper for my milkshake so I appreciate the precaution.
The atmosphere was nice and quiet not many people there. The customer service was ok they weren’t too enthusiastic to service but weren’t terrible. The milkshakes were awesome just as the pictures show and they tasted great. We got the peanut butter brownie, Birthday cake, and unicorn as well as a waffle cone with vanilla ice cream and Carmel sauce.
Walked in on a Monday afternoon, said they opened at 1:00. Walked in a few minutes after opening — door was unlocked, lights were off, ice cream all covered, and no one came to the front. Waited for a solid 10 minutes with my husband and our daughter, said “hello?” a few times towards the back… and nothing. I even called the number on Google, just kept ringing and I heard no ringing at all while in the establishment. No one answered the phone. We looked so forward to trying this place out after the aquarium & we were let down in a quiet, seemingly completely empty OPEN establishment. Not sure what happened here, but it was NOT a good experience at all. Complete letdown.
Completely insane and over the top! Loved it!!
Great ice cream! So many menu options! Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

A bit pricey, but a damn fine milkshake 🤘
This could of been a five star review, but it is not for a few things related to service. I requested the large milkshake to share, which I was told they do not sell many of. I asked if they do sell and was told they did, but they would have to call the manager to ring it. No problem. I bought it and asked for two glasses of water to go along with my $100 purchase and $15 tip, to which i was indormed they do not give out free water. Apparently buying $100 worth of stuff and tipping them for the inconvenience of ringing it up did not qualify me for water. At the end of my meal, i requested the lid to the jar so i could take it home without spilling it. They did not have it. I then asked for plastix wrap or aluminum foil from the bored looking cashier that informed me he did not know if they had that. I politely pointed out to the ever bored and not caring cashier that this was a restaurant and the odds of them not having plastic wrap or aluminum foil was very miniscule. So, said not caring and ever bored cashier finally got my foil; to which I thanked him. One would think he would say You are welcomed, but that was not happening. Interesting place but the lack of organization, customer service, no water for paying guests, and no wifi for guests makes this a hard pass
Wonderful place. Friendly atmosphere and a fun experience. Great ice cream.
