Good ice cream worth the money. I'll go back. Visited here during MagicCon 2025
The guy working, didn’t catch his name. Medium height, light brown skin. Very helpful & sweet10/10 let us try samples and was very patient. Nice place
We walked into this milkshake bar with a group of six, excited to try it out. There were two employees behind the counter who both looked at us but never said hello or acknowledged us. After standing there for five minutes while the place was completely empty at 7:30 on a Friday night, we decided to leave.
Management should know this is probably why the place is empty on a Friday evening. The lack of basic customer service and employees who clearly do not care about greeting or serving guests will drive people away.
Walked in at 19:40 with a party of 6. Not one person acknowledged us. We came for the experience and we did not hear from anyone although there were 3 employees behind the counter.
Fast service, friendly smiles, great ice cream
The whip cream and cookie dough mix. Omg unexplained. So good. And the place was very clean.
So good! A fun place to get dessert.
Amazing customer service with a laid back chill atmosphere. Nice decor and a rinse sink for your jar to take home with you when you’re done with your milkshake. My husband and I did the custom build shake, trying to replicate a banana pudding flavor. And let me tell y’all this is delicious
Understaffed.
Every special seems to have some uncooked dough or batter in it. Blue Bell ice cream, but all the ice creams appear to be melted & refrozen.
Seating is awkward.
Parking is very complicated
Staff was nice, but the special dishes require more work than 2 people can do for 20+ customers in line.
Needs some leadership in here
I have been here several times over the last six months, every time i’m here the ice cream looks like it’s been melted and re-frozen. I came tonight for the national ice cream day special and nobody was helpful as they were all standing in the back talking to each other. the ice cream looked more melted than usual and my one scoop was VERY freezer burnt. I would NOT recommend this place, especially for the price.

Not sure what has happened to this place but it's gone way down hill the last couple months. The customer service is terrible. Staff is not friendly, lazy, and this place is dirty. The ice cream has been freezer burnt and today they are melted. I used to love coming here but I'm going to Jeni's going forward.
Great ice cream and great service! Lawson and Denya were wonderful. A great way to celebrate national ice cream day!
Worst $15 I’ve ever spent. Save your money and save the calories!
No vegan options even though it is listed online
Ice cream was delicious
