I use to get rib tips when the franchise first began. Now, they costs over twenty dollars. Ridiculous.

I used their drive thru for the first time. I was rushed to order and she still got my order wrong. I had to repeat myself 3 times and she was quiet after I waited 2 minutes and asked “did you get that?, hello” it was silent. When she finally came to the microphone she said yes I got it. Pull to the second window. I order the 4 veggie plate. Baked beans, sweet potato soufflé, Mac and cheese and green beans. Instead she gave me SWEET POTATO SOUFFLÉ, MAC AND CHEESE, CABBAGE AND COLLARD GREENS 😑😑😑. Sound like she answered from the bathroom or something. If this pollen wasn’t in the air. I would’ve turned around after coming home and opening this bag. Wasted my damn time. I’m really disappointed because I like their baked beans

Dining room not clean. I watched employee wipe tables with her hands and then went back to the cook line. It is disorganized and slow. Takes forever to get food 😩😩😩

I’ve been holding off doing this review because I’m not going back anyway but after seeing so many ‘This Is It ‘ commercials advertising how great it is, I wanted to share my experience. I live in Roswell so it’s at least a 45 minute drive. I stopped by coming from the airport the week before Super Bowl weekend. The food was great. I ordered rib tips and chitterlings with several sides. A couple of days before the Super Bowl ‘This Is It’ promoted the suggestion that people should consider picking up their food Saturday to avoid the rush. I made the 2hr round trip. Didn’t check order until I got home. Incorrect sides and rib tips that tasted oven baked. My family was very disappointed. They should focus on quality at all their stores. Quality is inconsistent across the board, from Camp Creek to Lithonia to Cobb County. Check your to-go order folks before you leave.

My husband and I visited today and had the rib tip dinner and turkey wings. My turkey wings were not tender and lacked seasoning and the collards lacked seasoning as well. Felt like both could have been cooked longer to allow the flavor to marinate. My husband said the rib tips were tough and the sauce taste like tomato paste. After paying $53, we both were very disappointed because the food did not taste like the This Is It that we are used to.

Out of most things if you go later in the afternoon but still tasty. About 1 point above other local soul food restaurants. The rib tips left more to be desired, sauce tasted stretched and watered down and meat had no smoke flavor, more like great oven baked rib tips than grilled.

This place caught my attention because of the reviews and driving up to it, it looked very nice from the outside and the inside as well.
They could be more attentive, everyone just seemed to be a bit dry. But hey the food was rib tips were good, won’t recommend the rice, way too much pepper, but the mac and cheese was good. Surprisingly the corn bread was delicious.

Poor to non-existent customer service. Ordered using combo numbers on their menu and we were asked to describe the order because they didn't know the menu numbers. Was asked to hold 4 times during ordering, they forgot to turn their mic off and they were just talking to each other. The order was finally completed after the 3rd person came on to finish taking our order- still got the orders wrong. The gallon of sweet tea tasted like it was a week old. Food was very salty, the cornbread was dry and bland.

The service was not how it used to be, no nice greeting etc... the food was horrible!!! The wings are at least 4 days old, greens are piping hot and bland, the ribs are dry and taste like they baked them last week... nothing bbq about any of the wings or the ribs! The best thing they handed me was the lemonade and that's sad. Not to mention the prices have gone from high to HOW?!? They are ridiculous!!! They have a new building and left the good food and service in the old building I guess... it's AWFUL! This is it? Not That was it... I won't be back!
