The quality of food has gone down significantly over the past few years, which is disappointing. They are constantly running out of food (how are you out of greens at 4pm on a Saturday!) and what's left isn't as delicious as it should be.

Rib tips tasted like oil didn’t have any other flavor, the seasoned rice stuff was dry, the baked chicken leg quarter didn’t have any seasoning it just tasted bland wasted money last night.

I rushed to This Is It Restaurant because of the commercials about Fish made to order, not. Mr. Brown took my order went to the kitchen and came right back out with my fish. I was at Collard Green Cafe in Tucker Sunday it was running over with guest and that fish was made to order and came out Pipping hot. I also got wings and drove less than five miles home and they were not hot. I tested my fish in the car before leaving the parking lot it was warm. If we know the fish was made to order and we order it, that means we don’t mind waiting.The cashier has no personality and she got no tip from me.Mr Brown who takes your order can be rude.

The ribs tips are great! Definitely a must, and they give you plenty on the plate. The sides are on point too. The mashed potatoes are super!

Bro yall food making me throw up

The food is always consistent. However, the prices are very high. By the time you feed a family, you could almost pay the same amount at a sit-down dinner at a decent restaurant.

Although i gave this place 5 stars, it's for all the other times I've gone. All the food has been good. However, the satellite this is it @ the market place has fallen off with the potato salad the last 2 times I've been. The potato salad has been liquidity and the taste is off. Please fix this.

All the food looked old or cooked too long. I ordered rib tips (Not good), collards (Big stems and I didn't like the flavor), mac n cheese (They were kinda dark but tasted ok), cornbread (no color) and banana pudding (Yuck)! On top of that, the price was way too much, I could have gotten a steak dinner elsewhere. The only reason I gave a two star is because I was hungry, and I ate it without gagging. This Is Not It, anymore. And to the owners, I hope me being honest doesn't have an effect on your establishment in a negative way. I hope you will think about why your food is not good anymore and why does it have to be so expensive. People don't want to buy a name; we want good food with a reasonable price. We would like to take the family there and not worry about how much it will put a dent in our pockets. I'd rather take my family to a fancier restaurant at those prices. I was there during lunch and only one other person was there, that says a lot. When I told my co-workers I was going to This Is IT for lunch, they all frowned, and some made comments about how the food wasn't good and the prices were high. But I decided to go anyway because I wanted some vegetables. I wish I had listened. Bottom line.... I paid too much money for food that wasn't good or worth it. IJS

Menu does not match the prices. Cashier didn't really care what the prices were JUST pay for your food. The line server had a great attitude. The ribs were dry, and a handful for 20 dollars ain't gone get it. They ran out of food early in the day. I was told to cross the street if I wanted certain items. Well, I'm sure the owners can pay someone to do price changes and menus boards. A lot of locations are opening, CAN'T we get that little bit. If it says it on the si, n that's what I expect. LOWER PRICES WOULD BE GOOD ALSO. SENIOR DISCOUNTS. SPECIALS OR SOMETHING.

I purchased a two pc catfish with two sides. I paid $34.00 for this meal. It was horrible! The fish was fried hard and it wasn’t seasoned! I’mNot sure if I had catfish because it didn’t taste like it. Very disappointed!!!

The food was not good collards were bland and full of vinegar rib tips taste like rub with barbecue sauce on them all the vegetables were bland and customer service was very rude. This was my first time visting I will never go back again food was horrible mac and cheese taste as if it had mustard in it. I was sick on my stomach for 42.00 dollars. Never Never Again.

THIS IS IT AINT IT ANYMORE! THIS USE TO BE THE BEST ONE, BUT NOT ANYMORE! THE QUALITY HAS WENT DOWN JUST LIKE THE OTHER ONES! I TREATED A FRIEND YESTERDAY & THE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD PLUS THE CORN MUFFINS ? WAS TERRIBLE! THE FLOOR WAS VERY STICKY AS I WALKED AROUND! THE BATHROOM WAS IN DISREPAIR & NEEDED TOILET PAPER! IT WAS JUST SAD! THE PRICES DONT MATCH THE QUALITY! I AM DONE WITH ALL THIS IS IT LOCATIONS! NO MORE QUALITY!

Was doing Ubereats last year and was waiting a while to receive the order, they ended up blessing me with a plate. Thank y’all so much. Still remember the gesture.
