Terrible service, server rude and incompetent. Got my order wrong 3x, the last one she just tossed at the table and walked away. it wasn't even a complicated order, just some fingers tossed in buffalo sauce, she sd that the kitchen was doing it wrong yet when she would bring it to the table she would say it was correct. 3rd time took it to counter and spoke to a woman that was equally rude and claimed to be manager. told her I didn't want the food and to just take it off ticket. When they finally brought the check they hadn't removed it so had to go to counter again..lady again rudely asked whats wrong now and I said you are still charging me for it and left her ticket and walked away. As I walked she made a face behind my back..theres no way thats a manager as she lacked customer service and class. No refills to the rest of our table either. We used to come to this restaurant every week but every week it has been declining. its a shame and we will not be coming back

The manager needs a lesson in customer service.. the menu says one thing but they charge another. Tater Tots is listed under regular sides but they want to charge $1 extra if you want instead of fries. Idc about paying extra if it’s something I really want but they’re both potatoes fried.. be for real. He was so rude talking about it comes from corporate but his snappy attitude told me it was coming from him because he could’ve allowed it, but he chose to lose business instead. Oh and the host was just eating chicken wings at the host stand/register right there for guests to see.. how gross & unsanitary. NGL I-C-E needs to come back and check this place out ASAP

I don’t know who is in the kitchen but the food is always good! Especially for a bar, pub like situation. I’m not fund of the inside- idk why but I prefer the rooftop. But the food is always good. The servers are nice, nothing spectacular or ridiculous.

I’m honestly pretty disappointed with my experience at Three Dollar Cafe tonight. The food was good, and Britny, our server, was amazing the whole visit. But the way we were being treated by Sherlyn completely ruined the whole vibe.
We were there to celebrate my friend’s 22nd birthday, and when he was told to show his ID, she said a picture would be fine so Sherlyn decided to question the birthday persona id and said it wasn’t legit .?? It felt really disrespectful and unnecessary which ruined all our moods and was just completely uncalled for.
