I had heard a lot about Three Dollar Cafe, but my experience was disappointing. I ordered the nachos, thinking it would be a simple dish, but it was awful. There was no cheese sauce as mentioned on the menu, and the shredded cheddar was at the bottom of the dish instead of on top. Overall, the meal was terrible, and the place could really use some renovations.

I recently visited Three Dollar Cafe, a spot I’ve passed on Roswell road numerous times and was eager to try. While the experience had its bright spots, it ultimately left me feeling a bit disappointed.

First off, the service was genuinely friendly though our waitress disappeared for a good 10-15+ minutes. Additionally, parking was easy—there was ample space, so I didn’t have to worry about finding a spot.

However, the food was where things fell short. I had higher hopes, but unfortunately, the food overall felt bland and uninspired. The burger was decent but nothing to write home about. The fries were unsalted (which is fine) but tasted like they had just come out of the freezer.

In summary, while Three Dollar Cafe offers easy parking and friendly service, the food didn’t live up to expectations. If you’re looking for a satisfying meal, it might be worth exploring other options. But then again, if you're looking for a sports bar for just a drink then this may be your place.

Order a 10 piece wing ask for them very crispy lemon pepper. They were drier than dry not even tossed in a sauce my son order a 10 piece wing mile and they were drier than dry not even tossed in a sauce…. To speak to the manager, the server came back, saying that he wanted to know what we wanted to talk to to him about, she came back and said I told him, but I don’t know if if he wants to come over here or not… Couple of minutes later, the manager comes over and I told him I said, did you run out of sauce, better sauce, and mild sauce so giving me how to prepare the food and the different levels of temperature instead of correcting the problem he gave me an explanation on how there Prepare the food! I believe that the manager needs a class how to approach his customers… This is my opinion because this customer here is not satisfied with the service or the food or the management!

The food was fantastic and piping hot. Little disappointed in the amount of steak in the Philly sandwich was just a bit empty. Fries were great. Kinda on the small side, but there is no shortage of tvs. I would recommend the atmosphere and vibe. Great place to with friends. They inside and outside dining.

Really laid back place. The patrons aren't a specific crowd. There is a little bit of all types that come here. Staff is typically on point and very friendly. Plenty of regulars which is a pretty good indicator the place is doing something right. Decent selection of drinks. Lastly, the food is pretty good. I'm an incredibly huge fan of the Philly. Primarily ordered to go. Only because then they wrap it in tinfoil and it just sits in it's heat and steams itself ?
Nothing bad to say about the place truly. Def. Worth at least 1 visit but you'll do 2 if you do 1

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there are no steps so no need for a ramp or what have you. It's all flush all the way into the building. Biggest obstacle being the threshold when you enter the building through the double door

Very cool place to hang. the beer and blackened flounder fish sandwich with onion rings on the side, really good!
