We arrived around 11:40 AM straight from the airport. There was no one at the door, no line at pickup, and no sign telling us whether to seat ourselves or wait. We tried to get the attention of three different servers and a manager, but they kept their heads down and avoided eye contact. It felt like we were bothering them. When we finally asked the manager, he told us to sit at “Table 25,” but there were no table numbers visible. He walked away without any further explanation. We waited about 20 minutes without anyone greeting us, offering water, or even acknowledging us.
During that time, staff checked on at least seven tables around us, including the ones directly next to, behind, and in front of us, while completely ignoring our table. The floors and nearby tables were sticky and dirty, and the table we sat at had syrup and crumbs on it.
After being overlooked and not even offered water, we decided to leave. It is frustrating to see a long list of posted rules for customers when basic hospitality like greeting guests and communicating what is going on is missing. The overall experience felt very much like “I will get to you when I get to you.”

Absolutely outstanding experience from beginning to end. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it easy to relax and enjoy the moment. The food was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. Service was attentive without being overwhelming, and everything arrived at the perfect pace. You can really feel the professionalism and passion behind the entire experience. Highly recommended.

The place was jammed pack. One waitress was very kind her name was TAMMY!! She. seen we had been waiting me and another lady cleaned the tables and got us seated. We had been waiting for over 30 mins. She wasn't even my server and I tip her more than the waitress her seved me. Because she seen my food hadn't arrived and she seated me before her guest and her food came out before mines! Once my food came out half was cold. I really APPRECIATE TAMMY AWARENESS & ATTENTIVENESS!! She's a Great Server!!

If you dine in, the experience is overall good. However, the last several times I’ve attempted to order through Uber Eats, there has been almost an hour wait for the food ( for both delivery and pickup). The store front advertises the wait as 14 minutes for delivery and shorter time for pick up from my location. Disappointed that this is the standard now.

I usually get the Yukon omelette which is delicious. This time I got the pancake special and it was okay. The highlight for me was the turkey bacon; it was crisp and cooked to perfection.
My friend had the private dancer and that dish should be a regular item on the menu. It’s savory with a hint of spice. If you like New Orleans style food, then you’ll like this dish. It’s very flavorful and is a decent sized portion.

I genuinely love every other one except this one. Food came out cold and flavorless, charging someone for catfish, and telling them they are getting catfish, only to find out that it’s a frozen Swai filet and saying they are the same thing is completely wrong. I’ve been a chef for 15 years and to be lectured by a waitress on Swai and Catfish being the same thing is ridiculous. Especially when this waitress seems to struggle with poor hygiene. I expected better than that but I can reassure you the other establishments would have not conducted themselves as this one has. If I could give a zero I would. This establishment needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom.

NEVER NEVER do Uber Eats here! They always give me the wrong food! This is my third time trying to support local business. If you cannot get the orders right for Uber eats then do not offer it as an option. Messages all customers go in to the restaurant
