Ordered here two days in a row while visiting with a friend in Atlanta. The food was good, arrived quickly and was not cold.
On the second day, today, I ordered three omelettes, along with other items. One of the omelettes ordered, called for mushrooms, the other two did not. The second two were supposed to be identical. For some reason, mushrooms were added to one of the other orders.
However, I did not order mushrooms because I am allergic to them.
Unfortunately, I tried to call three times, but only got a message stating “we’re not available now, please call again!”
Other than this mishap, which could have been really bad had I not noticed the mushrooms and consumed them, everything else was good.

I'm just mad that one can't go by their in the wee hours after club or late in the evenings. I can eat breakfast food literally any time of day, ESPECIALLY from Thumbs Up!

Very good and reasonably priced breakfast. If I come back to Atlanta I will have breakfast there again.
Multiple missed service opportunities. There should be an actual check in sheet (including if you prefer booth or bar) at the front in case a host isn’t available. We waited longer than we should have because nobody told us we needed to indicate our seat preference on the paper. Nobody told us that we needed to check in on the paper at all. Food is great and our server was amazing.

Thumbs Up is a great restaurant. ?? Great customer service and the quality of the food is really good. I ordered fried catfish which was good. The only suggestion I have is the grits should be creamier and not coarse. I would eat here again.

Like the servers were frustrated with the volume. Also did not get my complete order. It was $45 but never again. Food was not that good. Ordered an omlete and not sure what that was but gross. I just decided to let it go but goodness for that price yall should do better.
