Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

I placed a DoorDash order at 9:40pm and they accepted and confirmed my order all to close before my dasher got there!! The midtown location!! Lazyyyyyyyy!! They shud fire everyone there.

fter getting a dry crumbly cookie brought to me, and being told that wasn’t a true experience I decided to drive 20miles to the camp creek location to try a fresh cookie.

When I arrived I see it’s a Jason’s deli and I’m told you have to order online only, but wait , the kicker is you HAVE to order Atleast a dozen. Which after getting a bad cookie I didn’t want to buy a dozen additional bad cookies.

But against my better judgement I ordered the dozen because I already drive 20 miles across town in morning traffic.

The order said “ready at 11:05am”. Great another 20-30 mins of sitting around.

I’m waiting and waiting I go in the orders not ready. Finally after 35 mins (hr total) or waiting they hand me a box of cold cookies off the speed rack. So after 35 mins past the pick up time you finally box the order and they are cold !!!!

So again 2 for 2 bad experiences with tiffs treats. Absolutely nothing about tiffs has been a treat. Then the audacity to ask me to again drive back across town to have them remade!! WHY?!!!
For more bad cold cookies?! If you missed the first 2 times I’m not going to keep allowing myself to be disappointed.

Terrible customer service. I was able to place an order quickly online and even came later than the expected pick up time to get my order and no employees were there to be seen. There were other customers waiting for their orders, already frustrated they weren’t being helped. One person gave up and left. Eventually one employee came and asked about my order, which still wasn’t ready. I waited another 15 minutes and was given a box of squashed, flat cookies in a nice box. Rude when I asked questions. The one Dubai chocolate cookie that wasn’t squashed was fine but this experience was off putting. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend the place to others. Maybe other locations are better.

I ordered cookies simply because I wanted sweets.
I got a pretty lace box, with a bow wrapped box, full of warm cookies. I didnt expect this... I had a sweet tooth and got delivered a valentine gift in october.

It smells INSANE in here… Like literally who forgot to take the trash out or something??? It’s very off putting for a cookie shop.

Great cookies, great service. I got the oatmeal chocolate chip 4/5 confetti cookie (2/5) warmed. It was easy and fast.

My wife and I stopped in and picked up 6 warm cookies and thoroughly enjoyed them. The snickerdoodle was great!

Nastiest cookies I ever tasted in my life , bought a 4 pack tried one , and threw the other 3 away . Cookies tasted like they been sitting out for months .

The only downside is that prices are a bit on the higher side, but given the quality and the fact that they come straight to your door fresh out of the oven, it feels worth it. Overall, highly recommend Tiff’s Treats for a sweet pick-me-up or thoughtful surprise for friends and family!

I ordered a half dozen chocolate chip with Pecans. My order was ready quickly. They were warm, delicious, and freshly cooked.

Con: Parking is not convenient. I walked a block and a half to park. Plus, I paid $3 for the street parking.
