Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

The guy working here was super nice and I love his accent. He was quick and helpful. And the cookies are always amazing.

I am a PNC customer. When I entered the garage to park, the only available space said reserved for Tiffs Treats. I said to myself okay I’ll go to the bank and circle back for Tiffs. Upon exiting my vehicle, I was scolded by a Tiff’s Treats employee that the space I was parked in was for employees only. I apologized and said I’d move. I saw that the space was reserved for their establishment but I did not know it was only for employees of their establishment exclusively. As I prepare to move my car, he pulls out first. Ice he moves, it becomes apparent he was taking up a space reserved for PNC customers only. So in theory, if he hadn’t been parked in an improper place, I could have parked in my rightful place. Furthermore, how dare you scold someone whilst doing the exact same thing! Pot meet kettle. The only difference is I didn’t know better and was ignorant but he was obviously aware of the rules and was fine willfully breaking them….to the detriment and displacement of other businesses and customers. Do better!

The smell when I walked in took me back to my childhood when my Mom would bake cookies!!! My gosh!! The cookies!! Omg the cookies!!! They are sooo good!!! Taste just like homemade cookies, and they didn’t get hard the next day!!

The cookies and brownies are not great. It sucks to walk in because it’s like a corporate box. Don’t come here thinking this is Crumbl. Really, just go to Publix and get cookies there.

binging Lost for the first time, needed cookies immediately but didn’t have eggs ?‍♀️ (what can u do). looked high and low on google for a cookie place and this twinkled like stars in the sky and let me tell you that’s exactly what I saw when I did take a bite. They were so warm and well made I shed a tear no cap. I got the snickerdoodle half dozen and they were gone in 5 minutes. Tiffs treats I was not familiar with your game. My god. I will be ordering from here again, god willing. Thank you Tiffs Treats. Thank you

The cookies are fantastic! However, the reason I am leaving this review is for the customer service at this location. I ordered cookies online yesterday evening, and due to some glitch in the app, they were delivered to my apartment but I was never notified. I called tiffs treats about it, and the woman on the phone (I believe her name is Jocelyn) was SO kind, and without us asking or anything, immediately put in another order for more cookies to be delivered to our apartment to ensure we get warm ones. She even called later to update us on the time of delivery. I was so amazed by her customer service. I was already loyal to tiffs treats, but I will sing its praises even more now! Thanks, Jocelyn!

Perfectly sweet treats of every variety for the whole office to enjoy even the picky eaters :) I thought the service both on the phone and at the counter at the GA Tech/Midtown location was friendly and fast. I was offered heated cookies and treats for free which was an unexpected nice bonus. Will return! I’m not a brownie person but the salted caramel blondie is absolutely rich and delicious ?

Got a great deal for Tiff’s on “Too Good to Go” and I appreciate them supporting that app! Don’t ding the packaging, it’s supposed to be minimal :) The staff was great and cookies were excellent. My family of 4 had them devoured in minutes.

Horrible. They consistently park their delivery car in the Spring street cycle track, creating a very dangerous situation when people on bikes and scooters have to swerve into traffic. They don't care about Georgia Tech students or Midtown residents. Also their cookies are gross, even Insomnia is much better.

I went ahead and tried these, and I think you could get the same cookies in Walmart bakery. They appear to be frozen cookies that you throw in the oven and bake. Not very good. They all taste the same. They come in a bag and I put them in my car drove home and reached to get one cookie out and basically they all broke which means they’re tender but now I have a bag of broken cookies now.
