When I first started eating at Tim Hortons, I thought the food and service was great. But now, I take this feeling back. The last three occurrence I had with Tim Hortons has not been great at all. The first bad occurrence happened when I made an online order to get a waffle croissant, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was told they don't have the waffle croissant. The second bad encounter was a day or two after hurricane Helene, I made an online order and when I arrived to the store in Fairburn, Georgia, the store was closed. It's an entire process to receive a refund so I never bother to get the refund. The third bad occurrence was today, I ordered online a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin, a median cappuccino, and hash brown. Mind you, I am already annoyed due to the 1hour traffic I just sat in. I arrive to Tim Hortons, to my surprise they moving slow as well. I finally get to the speaker to advise them I ordered online, they stated their cappuccino machine wasn't working. Then she retracted that statement. I get to the window and they tell me they don't have no hash brown. She tried to offer me a donut and I'm like no im already getting Tim bit I don't want a donut I wanted a hash brown. Tim Hortons need to do a better job at updating their order online platform and graying out things they don't have. If they need someone to keep up with this, then hire me because this is ridiculous! As far as my cappuccino, its more foam then cappuccino and its not to my liking either. I had to add sugar to it! I never add sugar to my cappiccino or coffee! I use 3 half and half and then 2 French vanillas. This is my final time spending any money at Tim Hortons. They have lost a customer because I will not be going back and I am deleting my rewards account and the app!

The staff I spoke with were friendly and helpful. The iced coffee and Honey Dipped Culler were delicious. This was my first time in a TH. Wow!! They need one in the northern suburbs.

Not the same as the Canadian stores. The coffee was rough.

Tim Hortons has finally made its way to Atlanta (*note: originally Canadian, but it was purchased by Burger King). Worth a visit if you need coffee and a bite while grabbing gas; it’s located inside the BP convenience store. I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit.
I signed up for rewards and got a discount, so I decided to visit. I ordered in the app and was standing around waiting for my order to be called without knowing there’s a check in process. I asked a cashier after everyone else ordering in person for their orders. He looked my order and then made it… defeats the purpose of mobile ordering! I should have been able to walk in and grab my order about 5-10min after ordering and skip the wait in line/in person interaction.
The TimBits I ordered were good; they weren’t the right amount of moist/not too dry. I enjoyed the pumpkin spice latte, but I didn’t get much pumpkin essence. I think it could have used more of those pumpkin spices (nutmeg/cinnamon).

The staff is friendly. The coffee is ok doesn’t taste like the one I used to have in Montreal.
The staff are sweet and so was the owner. They rectified a situation for me with absolutely no problem.

First time visiting in midtown but received cold coffee. I asked for Hot caramel machiato but soon as I received it was already cold.
Aside from that other items ordered were fine.

I got excited seeing a Timmies in this part of the country, but the place was absolutely filthy. It's inside of a nasty gas station, and the security guard there was literally following us up and down every aisle and up to the timmies counter. Never again.
