It actually makes me sad to write this - but after our experience yesterday it needed to be done. My husband and I came here for our anniversary two years ago and service and food was fantastic. This time it was night and day difference. We came with our two young kids. Ordered the beef tartare, it was absolutely inedible. The manager came out and said she tasted it and it wasn’t done correctly and she would have them fix it or comp it. Told her to take it off. They also recommended the turkey tenders for our little ones. They came out burnt and hard as a rock. When cut into it the casing (breading) came off like a cast. At this point my kids were tired and hungry. I just asked the waiter to box my food - decided to eat it in the hotel room upstairs. Left my husband and daughter to go put my son to sleep. My husband had not even one bite of his steak frites when the server came over and asked him if he wanted it boxed - he said yes but his plate was taken away immediately. Just all around very weird. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday - but since he was rushed out they said they would send dessert to the room for my daughter. About an hour late we received a cake with espresso in it. - mind you my daughter is 6. Not sure how that was an appropriate choice. Entire evening was just very disappointing. Also I ordered the gnocchi - which I ate cold. But it was lacking flavor. Just not impressed at all. Not sure I would ever go back. For a $200 dinner (including comped kids meals) I could’ve had a better meal for less.

Another amazing turkey day experience spent with the generous people of Tiny Lou's! From arrival staff were attentive and thoughtful! And the holiday Prix fixe menu options and portions were perfection! My only regret was that we both got the turkey main (would have loved to try the short ribs!) Looking forward to my next visit!

It's hard to pull off classy and casual at the same time, but Tiny Lou's does it! It's a place where you can relax and be yourself, while simultaneously being treated to fabulous food and first-class service! Prepare to be surprised at dishes with names you know, and yet are prepared in an interesting, delicious, and creative way! Highly recommend!

Had been at a happy hour on the roof (great drinks but no nibbles) and it was gorgeous up there. Wanted to wait for traffic to quiet down, so popped into Tiny Lou’s for a quick bite. The duck fat fries and deviled eggs were fabulous!! Unique was an awesome Server! Highly recommend!
Our server Antwan was great and offered a lot of helpful suggestions for a hungover brunch!

We went here as part of my birthday weekend and the service was nice. The food was presented beautifully and tasted delicious. I had the gnocchi, vrussel sprouts, the bread was so frickin' good with the cultured butter! We had truffle fries, and I enjoyed the sweet potato empenadas with the ice cream. The drinks were great as well! I can't remember the rest of the meal because the drinks were so good! 😉 lol
