Waiter argued that vegan meal did NOT have bacon when my friend showed him 4 big pieces of bacon in it. Had to remake her dinner and didnt comp anything? But main reason I'll never return is valet took 30 MINS to bring my car around and then gave me wrong key fob. I had to come back and get my key - no apology no nothing. Dingdongs!

We love the character of this restaurant. It might get noisy, but on Sunday night, it wasn't crowded and we had a quiet table at the far end. The appetizers were great, and the entries were fine but not outstanding. The service was professional but not overly friendly. Still, we had a good time and will return. The Hotel Clermont is a very cool property, beautifully restored.

We really enjoyed all the courses and the service at Tiny Lou's. The duck and short ribs were both great, and the brussel sprouts were some of our favorites ever! However, we felt the drink service was very slow and one drink came almost a half hour after ordering it. Overall good.

This is a hidden fine dining neighborhood gem of a restaurant. It punches far above its weight class for a restaurant in a hotel. The service is impeccable, the ambiance is chic but not trendy, the menu selections presents itself as an obstacle to decision making; you could just cover your eyes and point to something and be ecstatic with your choice.

The restaurant decor is a warm cozy retro feel that is perfect for a romantic dinner. The menu delivers a vary of tastes whether it is the cocktails, appetizers, entrees or desserts that we savor. Service was professional & personable. We enjoyed every sip & bite we ordered. Tiny Lou's has earned our respect & we will be returning.

The service was outstanding. The ambiance great. What disappointed me the most was that I requested my steak to be cooked medium rare and it was cooked medium well. The steak also seemed to be a less desirable cut. For the price that we paid, I would have expected a better quality of meat being served. I believe the cut use to be ribeye, but now it is a NY strip. We had tickets to a concert that we missed the first 45 minutes of due to the executive chef having to remake our steaks. Overall, the experience was not what I have experienced in the past. Very disappointing.

Went here with a friend yesterday, we shared truffle fries that were delicious and i had the french union soup as an appetizer, which was salty but good. For an entree, I got the burger and its was dripping in grease, the bottom bun was literally so soggy of greasy and falling apart. I subbed my fries for brussels sprouts, it was an extra four dollars (which wasn't explained to me, until I ultimately saw it on the bill), and they were so unbelievably oily. I ended up bringing this entree home and they were so drenched in grease/oil, that it went through the cardboard to-go containers I was given. If i were to return, I wouldn't get these items.

I have been here numerous times. The ambience and the food is pretty consistent. But their new staff is a total bummer. The hostess could not crack a smile or greet us and acted extremely put out when I asked her to put us in hey booth, since I had requested that on my reservation. Also, the restaurant was pretty much empty, and I had mentioned this two weeks prior, but she was really annoyed by it. Our waiter was also fine, but nothing like you would expect a server to be. Overall, everyone was just sort of unfriendly. I don't much care about that in comparison to the food and the ambience, but even my guests mentioned that it was just unnecessary how rude everybody seem to be. It's almost distractingly so.

We had a wonderful experience at Tiny Lou's. We enjoyed wine, cocktails, starters, and entrees. All the food was delicious and the service was amazing. We celebrated a birthday and were given a signed card from all the staff as well as a birthday candle and ice cream. A wonderful celebration!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was too poor to ignore. From the moment we sat down, it was clear service was not a priority. It took ages just to place our order, and no one checked on us while we were eating to see if we needed anything else. When our food arrived, my friend's meal was burned, and the other friend wanted to order some more sides. Unfortunately, no one came by to ask how things were. The worst part? It took 45 minutes to get our check, despite asking six separate times. We felt completely ignored, in spite of the fact that the place was only at half capacity. Overall, I was really disappointed as I have dined here before and the ambiance is otherwise nice. However, service and kitchen execution need major attention.

Food was solid, the short rib was exceptional. Drinks were fine but the Alan e was off in the rise and brine.

Food was outstanding per usual. Our waiter however was not very friendly. He didn't smile the entire time despite our best efforts to get him to loosen up. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and he didn't even mention it despite two hostesses telling us Happy Birthday and being extremely friendly. I know some might think he's just there to do a job but having friendly outgoing waitstaff is part of the experience, especially at a high end restaurant. Not sure we'll be back for a bit.

Loud! Service was choppy. Had to ask for bread plates and when they were finally delivered bread wasn't warm. Drinks were “miskeyed” and delayed. Food was ok but not amazing. Time for a redo of the concept.

I like that atmosphere, you can pay before you eat and food is good. It’s pricey but worth it if you ever do nice things for yourself.

Tiny Lou’s exceeded all expectations — the atmosphere was elegant yet warm, and every bite of food was absolutely spectacular. Our server, Paul, went above and beyond with impeccable attention to detail and genuine hospitality, making the evening truly memorable. This is easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to return.
