Average atmosphere rating bc it's not really placed in the best place in the airport (high high passer traffic), but it's not their fault. Asked for Lemon Pepper wings, dry rub, to go, no wing tips. The lady had a pretty name (I'm so sorry I forgot though) and she's was very direct and reminded me about cashless even though there were multiple signs (I bet she gets allot of people who can't read lol). But, if you can handle her sassy beautiful attitude, you will for sure especially enjoy your wings! They were done to perfection, not dry at all, juicy meat with perfectly crisped outside and seasoned heavily for great taste in each bite. I didn't even need anything else to eat with it!

I had a great experience, both woman’s behind the counter were very nice. I ordered a Chicken avocado sandwich, it was as fresh as it could be, freshly grilled chicken breast with fresh, tomato, lettuce etc. french fries cooked to perfection

Worst service and most incompetent crew I have experienced in an airport in, well, ever. Took forever, got the order wrong, and then took forever to rectify it.

STAY AWAY- DONT waste your time or money at this place. The staff is dishonest and the completely unprofessional. I went to get a sandwich combo and was upcharged for an additional combo. When I asked, the young man at the register, he claimed that the numbers on the register did not match the price displayed on the menu. To top it all off, they were acting really strange, and I din't trust the weird behavior, so I tossed the food and drink. I would not want my dog to go to this place. Horrible customer service and lying, theiving behavior from the staff. STAY AWAY!!!

Do not eat here. Idk who's running this place but if it wasn't in the Airport, it would probably be out of business. They made my Breakfast Sandwich with a moldy piece of bread. When I told them this, the guy working the counter looked at me like I was crazy even after showing him the bread. He ended up toasting up some bread again for me but only because I said if he can't make it right, he should give me a refund. I ended up eating the sandwich and have been I'll all day. The brittle everything was cooked on also didn't look very clean. Honestly, a health inspector needs to check this place out. Avoid at all cost.

The customer service was good. The food was way better than expected! I had the philly cheesesteak no mushrooms and it was the best I have had. So buttery and seasoned to perfection. I will definitely be back!!

Got a chicken avocado sandwich. Driest and smallest piece of chicken I have ever had on a sandwich. Service was good.

Well, now I understand why locals are saying what they are saying. The cashier staff was rude and very mean to the African American cook, the food was horrible, the drink I order was our CO2 and water,, my chicken sandwich was not fresh at all and the fries had no salt. They had an order from a customer before my order that was incorrect, and the owners were arguing in Hindu about the customer and didn't want to correct the previous customers order.

Was told by one associate that the store was open but it wasn’t and a male associate was very rude and condescending in delivering that information.

We were staying at Atlanta Marriott Marquis the weekend of “FWA At-Home” Virtual Furry Convention (May 7-10, 2021.) My friends didn’t want to drive for lunch, so we walked the overpass tunnel from Marriott Marquis to Peachtree Mall food court on Sun. May 9th - just a two minute walk and it was ‘easy peasy.’ Two of my friends did the Fresh Wraps while Toad and “Yours Truly” had TJ’s Sandwiches (owned by the same company it appeared by its food wrapping paper.) I paid 7.07 for a Philly cheesesteak sandwich (no onions as requested) that was “puny” in comparison to other sandwiches from restaurants back home in SoCal like “Philly’s Best”. It was delicious, but underwhelming. I would choose two sandwiches next time. THREE CLAWS UP!!! Thanks for reading my review - Joe G. Bear

I ate at the restaurant at Hartsfield international airport. The two employees behind the counter bickered over who was going to make my bacon egg and cheese sandwich. They both stood there and scrolled on their phones while I, the only customer, waited for one of them to decide to make my food. One left leaving the other no option other than to make my food. She proceeded to scroll her phone under the counter for another minute or two before putting on gloves in proceeding to make my sandwich. While preparing my food, she was flinging her very long hair over the food prep area and was also Physically touching her hair with her purple glove on her hand while preparing my food. My sandwich was exceptionally greasy and disgusting. When I received it I checked it to make sure there was no hair in it from her hair flipping. This was a disgusting experience and I will never eat any of your food again.

Whilst the service was very quick and the French fried was great. The burger itself lacked in flavour.
