Great place at the Cumberland mall. Service was so warm and friendly. A shoutout to Carlos. He is a wonderful worker and truly cares for this job and it shows. The food portions are huge, we had to take some home. Very fresh and hot and we will be back.

For mall food, it’s good. I like to get their Firecracker chicken, however there is nothing fire nor cracker about it. It’s very sweet, like honey chicken or orange chicken. Not sure if there’s just a mix up in the kitchen, but the past two times I have ordered here, it’s sweet. If you like decent mall food, this is a good spot. They let you try all the chicken flavors when they are not crazy busy which is very nice of them. Speedy, and efficient.

I tried the firecracker chicken and shrimp fried rice! Food was hot, fresh and delicious! I just wish it was a little more sauced!

Food isn't good. When you pass by they always want you to sample the food which is fine, but right after you try it the mood changes and they assume right away that you will want to get something. Not great service at all and the food isn't good either.

The firecracker and pepper chicken was fresh and crispy, and the container was filled to the top, making it well worth the price.
Terrible experience at the Cumberland Mall location. Customer service is *nonexistent*. One of the staff members practically begs you to take a sample, but the moment you show interest and ask to try something else, his attitude shifts—rude, dismissive, and visibly irritated. Then, the blonde woman at the register added to the mess with sarcastic, unprofessional comments, inappropriate facial expressions toward me, simply because I pointed out how important/critical customer service is to any business—and made it clear I didn’t appreciate being spoken to in that way.
It’s clear neither of them care—maybe because they don’t own the place—but that level of disrespect is a dealbreaker and inexcusable. They’ve permanently lost my business, and I strongly recommend others avoid this location unless you enjoy being mistreated for simply being a customer.
No frills chinese food, recently got remodeled so it looks nicer than it did before.
Got a wood screw in my food

Got in by trying the chicken sampler and it was great! Grabbed myself a plate with noodles and Teriyaki chicken and the steak. The chicken was great, the steak was meh, not too much flavor. The server seems to be distracted with any walking costumer and hands them samples instead of going to check out. The price of the food and the quantity might be the reason I come back again!

They give free samples for customers to figure out what exactly would meet their needs. Helpful employees, and they give a generous amount of food for a low price.
Their food containers have very shallow areas where the food goes so you end up with very little meat. The food is hot and the taste is standard for this type of place.
