Excellent ramen. Food flavors are good, and portions are smaller but satisfying. Service is a bit slow and not attentive.

Had the Tori Shoyu and the broth had no flavor and the pork belly was burnt.
Service could have been a bit more friendly. Walked up to the A Frame menu by the bar and the waitress was quite rude. Said the entrance is over there, well I was looking at the menu. so maybe a hi and welcome, any questions? Over priced for tasteless food.

Ton Ton Ramen was so delicious. We went today to Ponce City Market, and decided to get lunch after walking the belt line. I had never had ramen before, but now i will be a recurring customer! I got the Vegetable Ramen, and it was so hearty and yummy. I cleared my bowl! Stop by Ton Ton after your time at Ponce and get some Ramen! We were in and out in 20 minutes! :)

Visited Ton Ton Ramen at lunch time with a friend on 9/1/2024. Ordered the tonkatsu ramen. Delicious, as usual. Luckily the place was not crowded. It usually is on Friday and Saturday nights. This was my first time to go on a Sunday. Food, service and price were great. Highly recommended.

Tyler!!

ramen was ok, would be better if the noodles were handmade instead of package ramen but will say that dumplings and gyoza are two completely different dishes and I wasn’t expecting steamed dumplings when I ordered. Of course white peoples going to say it’s good when they don’t know any better

I hope this review reaches the chef. Their soup is phenomenal. Better than any japanese ramen I've ever tasted in the states. And their wings?? oh man, the texture is AMAZING and the sauce is so good too. And adding the chili paste on the side was a great choice too, it really enhances the flavor in the best way possible. Great potential in this restaurant. BUT the pork Chashu was so disappointing. It seems like they use frozen meat, as it has a very strong old meat smell, and the texture is very dry. It ruins the flavor of the soup. next time I'll ask for a tonkotsu without chasu. I really hope they improve the quality of chashu so it really becomes the best Japanese ramen place!

If you hold certain standard for food you consume, this won't be for you.

Asked for a cup to pour a beer in, and all they have is a flimsy plastic cup that slides around their slanted edged wooden table from condensation.

Ask for a metal utensil, since it's hot food, but apparently it's a policy to only serve.

When asked for atleast same plastic cup as water comes in, but was refused as "it is their policy and drinks can only be served in plastic juice cups & cannot help in any ways".

A year ago I had give 5 stars, but it is pathetic spot with no professionalism now. It seems to be ran by high-school grade children.

What kind of a place is going to serve alcohol and food, yet doesn't even have one decent utensil or dish?

Food is served in a melamine plastic dish bowl, with plastic utensils. It felt like a scheme not to do dishes.

it is essentially a fast food spot in a mall food court with unfortunate management.

Original review:
Not 100% sure if it’s food poisoning, but after eating here me and my bf are both sick the day after.

The food unfortunately did not taste good enough for us to look past feeling ill.

Service was amazing, no comments there really. Absolutely everyone was super sweet.

We also didn’t understand why that once you were seated for ramen, you can’t order any sushi rolls and vice versa if seated for sushi.
