Ms. Tonya was the best service I've ever had. She provide outstanding customer service. She was very attentive and knowledgeable. She made sure our first time experiences was phenomenal. We will definitely be back and we must have Ms. Tonya. I must say the food was everything ?. Overall I rate our experiences 10/10. I highly recommend.

Bad experience all the way around the waitress took the only floor fan blowing in our general direction when we first got here asked for another one took 40 mins to get a fan over here again no money was taken off the bill for that its hot and humid waiter came to us 2 times in the hour we were here just all around bad experience I recommend going to another top golf in any other location this was all after a 2 hour wait to get in
Edit: to fix the situation I was invited back to spend more money.. bad business

Atmosphere is good and average. Customer service level is super low. Don’t order a pitcher of beer unless you like foam. Don’t order food u less you like it cold. Picture of the beer attached.

I Loveeee Top golf, but the new systems are ssooooo slow!! They take forever to load when you pick a game..so imagine switching games..ugghhh it takes like 2-3 minutes each time..I know that don't sound like alot but when you're literally paying by the minute, NO &&&& they sometime fail so you have to hit try again & WAIT again..that's not cool. I told the waitress & she was "yeahhh, its because its so many guest & its three floors, so it can do that sometimes" It never did that with the old system!! I DO like the new games on there but they really really need to fix that.I miss the old system

Flies and bees everywhere, given a hard time about reducing lane time due to bugs!! All drinks were flat, couldn’t enjoy food due to amount of flies, staff very unprofessional

This was my first time at Top Golf and the bartender Alasia A. was very rude to me and my friends and I also saw her throwing menus at other guests, saying she doesn’t “give a damn” I’ve never seen anything like it.

We had an amazing time at Topgolf, thanks to the incredible service from Mariah and Diana! Mariah, our server, was absolutely wonderful—attentive, funny, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. She made the experience even more enjoyable with her great personality and quick service.

Diana, the manager on duty, went above and beyond as well. She was not only helpful but also took the time to offer us some expert advice on our swings! It made our game that much more fun and interactive. Both of these ladies truly elevated our visit, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend Topgolf and their outstanding staff!

Was just here with my company. Amazing experience, even compared to other Top Golf sites. The employees were top notch, always smiling, very nice and checked up on us often. The food was great. Employee service here is perfect and whatever they're doing currently, they should continue doing.

I added myself to the apps waitlist that said no wait. Went to the lobby and asked why i had not received a bay yet to which she said you’ll receive a text when your bay is ready. After 20 minutes of standing in the lobby i ask for an update to which she says “oh its a two hour wait” ???
Complete waste of time and drive.

Very unprofessional staff. Waited an hour for a bay just to go back to the front to find out they never put my name in the system. No one cared, very rude. Will not be back anytime soon.

Racist!! Walked in an hour before a couple of white folks with no reservations for them to get a section before us! Went back to the representative for them to tell me they couldn’t find our names!! After we stood up in front of them for 10 mins spelling our names etc! We even got a text confirming our wait time!!!!! I’m pissed because this was suppose to be my boyfriend birthday gift! Waited ONE HOUR to be disappointed and overlook by WHITE PPL!
Not to mention the attitude from the ladies and gentlemen at the front! Awful experience!
