Thursday night! We had two bays with a party of ten people, I wanted to order the sampler for both tables but was told they did not have the Mac and cheese balls, ok just give us chips instead? No we can’t do that and walked off, I then well I’ll take a chicken sandwich and it took 45 minutes to get and it was cold, we played for 1.5 hours in both bays my wife order a drink that never came but was on the bill, then they brought us the drink at the end. We love top golf but they need to hire someone to watch over waiting service!

Only had horrible experiences here, they randomly cancelled our reservation then refused a refund. Then tried to make us wait hours on end to get a bay.

I went there for my 50th birthday with 12 of my closest friends. Food was pretty good but the service was really bad. Some of my friends asked for drinks 4 times. We had a reservation for 2 bays took forever to to get drinks. One of my friends ordered drinks for everybody 140 dollars worth, tried to get a second round never showed up. Service is terrible. Go to Duluth.

Service was absolutely terrible. The server refused to serve us due to my husband having two buttons unbuttoned on his shirt (it was 90 outside) and then when we asked the manager why we weren’t being served over a shirt being a little unbuttoned we were told that wasn’t the reason we weren’t being served. The manager wouldn’t even speak to us about what happened she automatically called the manager from upstairs as if my husband did something to offend her. Most definitely will not be back.

Made a reservation at 10:30 got there early at about 9:45 or 9:50 sat down to get food forv30 minutes and on one came to serve us or check on us or anything I spoke to a manager for a refund on my reservation deposit just to be told I have to request a refund on online. To be fair it was a busy night but come on 30 minutes no service is crazy

Double charged us for a pizza. We had ordered a pizza without something on it & they bought us the pizza with the thing we didn't want on it. We sent it back for another & at the end of our time they charged us for two pizzas when we only ate one. Update 7/29/25, this has been resolved, thank you Top Golf

After dinner, my family and I wanted to do something fun and decided to check out Topgolf. It only took a few minutes to get seated, but the service was a little slow. Our waitress took a while to introduce herself, and we had to flag her down a few times—for help getting started, asking for left-handed clubs for me and my son, and for drink refills.

That said, the overall experience was still fun. The kids had a great time, and it was a good way to spend the evening together. Despite the service hiccups, we enjoyed ourselves and would go back!

Good, typical top golf atmosphere. Food was overpriced but service was good. Difficult o spit checks with a big group though. TopGolf really needs to invest in an easier payment system so groups can split payment themselves. The whole place runs on computers, if you can split a check and pay from the table at a Chili’s you should be able to do that from your Bay yourselves at TG.

We had a reservation at 3:45 for 90 minutes but got stuck in terrible Atlanta traffic causing us to be 30 minutes late. We were unable to edit our time in the app so we called the number listed online for the Midtown location. We spoke with an employee to explain our situation and he said we would be able to push our reservation to 4:15 when we arrived. Upon arrival we were told that they were in fact not able to change our reservation so we only had about 50 minutes left in our bay by the time we got to it. Our kids were so disappointed as this was our last weekend of summer and they were really looking forward to Top Golf. I understand not being able to cancel a reservation if you’ve already made one but a change should be made to allow you to edit your reservation time when circumstances like traffic happen that are out of your control. Especially if the app shows availability at a later time! Most online reservation systems for restaurants have that option and it makes for a much better experience than what we received at Top Golf. Our family has always loved coming here but unfortunately this makes us very unlikely to return to Top Golf in the future.
