Was there to celebrate a former colleague’s new career and had a horrible experience with the staff member or supervisor that took us to our bay. We called customer service twice before arriving to confirm that we could cancel one of the two bays on our reservation since three of the people in our party had emergencies and couldn’t play. The staff member attempted to argue that we still would have to pay for the extra bay, even after I told him I had already called and spoke to a customer service representative. He said he would see what he could do and never returned to follow up.Meanwhile, my drink order took an hour. Our food also took forever and was cold when it finally arrived. We asked to add an hour to our play time in which we were prepared to pay for, but we were told we couldn’t because there were other reservations. However, we sat at the bar afterwards for two hours, and noticed several open bays in the facility. We also waited a long time for our drinks at the bar, meanwhile two blonde women were able to walk up, place their orders and immediately receive their drinks. We were still there waiting as if we were invisible.I recommend the company develop and implement stronger policies and procedures which assures all staff are knowledgeable, receive proper training, are committed to providing quality customer service, and that the facility is properly staffed. No customer should ever feel ignored and disrespected. No one should ever have to eat cold food. No customer should ever feel taken advantage of, especially after paying their hard earned money. I would never visit this location again.

We used our gift cards to pay for this experience. We booked our reservations online and used the gift card as payment for the deposit of some where in the neighborhood of $27 and some change. I used one $25 gift card and used $1.96 of the 2nd $25 gift card. We made some food and drink purchases and when it was time to pay out and I used the remainder of the gift card along with 2 other gift cards to pay. The server told us that the gift card that I had a remainder of $23.04 on had a “$0”. I questioned her about this and she allowed me to speak with a manager. I was told by the manager that because I didn’t use all of the balance on the gift card when I paid online it wasn’t able to be used any longer. He stated that I had to use the total amount of the card and couldn’t carry a balance. So where is my $23.04? Why has Top Golf ripped me off and the person that gave me these gift cards for Christmas? What gift card doesn’t carry a balance? My business uses gift card so I completely understand the use of gift cards. Top Golf is a big rip off if you have a gift card.

I’m giving out one star review because of the overall experience. Waited half an hour to be sent to a section in which the fan did not work. Waited another half hour for a server to appear. Ordered a round of margaritas to which they were all watered down. Nearly a $100 tab, but the experience felt like Bottomgolf. I know good help is hard to find, but that’s a concern for management and not customers!

Janae provided my family and I with excellent customer service! Top golf was a fun experience and I would recommend you come to this location. I had the smokehouse burger and cookie ice cream desert. Food was 10/10 and I will be back. I always come to this location but the service was exceptional yesterday!

Phone customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. I ended up speaking 7 (SEVEN) different agents and not a single one could find/fix my reservation or even confirm if we had an account. So incredibly frustrating...

It has been a while since I last visited Topgolf, but my team and a few of our students and I actually walked in(without a reservation, definitely risqué!) on Friday, 04/26/2024, and the manager Akilah went above and beyond to exceed our expectations and got us to a bay quickly. Our food and service were great as well. I just wanted to double back and make sure that I thanked her publicly. I truly appreciated her help, and we had a wonderful time!

Paid over $100 for 2 chicken sandwiches, a flatbread, 1 salad, a chicken fingers meal and 4 soft drinks (which are $4.00 a piece).Food was terrible. I am beyond tired of paying so much money at restaurants and having the food taste so bad. On a side note the tees for the golf balls are so small you can forget about using a driver here. Stick to the irons.

My husband booked a birthday package at top golf and they didn’t even sing happy birthday as they did to the other tables. I specifically told Helen the waiter to let us know when the tab reached a certain number; she didn’t. The customer service at this location needs attention. We won’t be returning.

Stopped in had a 2 to 3 hour wait but that wasn't the bad part. Sat in the bar area on the padded bench for at least 25-30 minutes and nobody came to see if we were hungry or thirsty. The bartender would look our way but guess we weren't mportant enough.

We went here on a Monday night and waited over an hour and 15 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches. After speaking with the manager, she agreed to give us a discount, but we soon discovered that they tried to charge us twice for the food. We had already paid for the food at the time that we ordered it at the bar, but we were charged for it again once the bill came out with the game charges on it. Thankfully, we caught the mistake before paying. We will definitely not be retuning to this location!

My job had a retreat here earlier today. The venue was nice, and the staff was really kind. When we moved to the golfing area, it was also a great experience. TJ and Amanda took great care of me and were very sweet. I would definitely go again!P.S. Because my job paid for this experience, I’m not sure what typical costs are like. Regardless, I think you’d have a good time alone or with a group of friends.
