Touchdown Wings(Howell Mill)

I came in for wings and picked the Spicy Ranch — definitely a standout: the heat was just right and the ranch cooling it down was spot on. The wings themselves were well-cooked: good size, crispy skin, and plenty of sauce. The environment was casual and welcoming — easy take-out or dine-in.

Thank goodness I only came for the okra, but I decided to try the wings. I ordered, honey lemon pepper. There is water in the bottom of this basket and a little lemon pepper sprinkled on the wings and they’re calling it honey, lemon pepper, and then the man proceeded to argue with me and say it is honey lemon pepper. There’s nothing honey or lemon pepper about this.

Best wings ever

I ordered a 15 piece bone in wing combo. The wings were sauced well and the flavor was perfect. However, the actual chicken was overcooked, difficult to chew, and hard to digest. Time to update your practices in the kitchen for better quality food and better reviews.

These wings was not good. And I think they have a shortage on chicken down here so they serving people pigeons, hard overcooked… but I’m referencing the chicken two pigeons due to them being very small

Don’t eat there. They refry old wings and toss them in sauce and then act they’ve sold you fresh wings. Ewww

When a uber driver comes into this place they will have to wait for everybody in the store to order and receive their food before they even speak to you even though the order will have been ready since before you get there. After waiting 10 minutes to be helped you’re going to have to make your own drinks, come back and be interrogated to verify your order and have to further explain that you actually confirmed the order. This place blows.

I was very pleased with my first experience with Touchdown Wings. I was working in Midtown for the day and needed food to get me through a 10-hour shift, so I searched DoorDash for local options that wouldn’t take too long to be delivered. I received my food well before the estimate that DoorDash gave me when I placed my order. The food was portioned very generously. I ordered the 15 wings combo and upgraded my side to chicken fried rice. The rice was overflowing, and 15 wings is 15 wings, but they were very nicely sized. They weren’t like the small sized wings I get from the wing place next to the gas station by my house. It is definitely enough for 2 meals for me. And they were sure to include the fork and extra ranch dressing that I requested with my order. Touchdown Wings has earned my business. I won’t be eating gas station wings any time in the near future.
