Absolutely useless staff who took my money without giving me anything. It was my first time ordering in the app. It didn’t apply my promo code for a free bowl and it charged me. So I had to go to the store to ask them to refund me. They said that the manager wasn’t in and they couldn’t give me a refund. To be honest, I would not have made a fuss about it and I would’ve taken my order…except they didn’t even have the peanut butter bowls, the item I ordered, in stock today. So they took my money and gave me nothing in return. These people are robbers and they STINK! Gonna call corporate to get my money back now. As a broke college student, times are tough.

Everytime I come here it’s so disorganized and they take over 30 minutes to make a wrap and a smoothie. They made my smoothie 25 minutes before they made my wrap and when I asked them to remake it they didn’t make it right, forgetting the kale and spinach pack and adding sugar to my drink. Might as well go to smoothie king across the street

I ordered a green island smoothie and chai oatmeal bowl. for almost a hour i waited and i had to call for an update just to be told they didn't have any chai oatmeal bowl, so i asked for a substitute on the bowl and she agreed then once my order arrived i never recieved my smoothie afterward staff member was rude over the phone and said wait for the manager to come in and hung up in my face. she did not try to resolve the issue. whoever she is when your manager arrives tell them corporate would like a follow up email about this issue.

Have ordered here tons of times. Today however the delivery driver was lost for three hours. I decided to call the store and see if there’s anything they could do to help. My issue isn’t that they couldn’t help but more so that the man that picked up the phone was so rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Seemed like he either didn’t care or wanted to be lazy. Last time ordering from here.

My family and I had a terrible experience at this location. We had referral codes and when we asked why they weren’t applied we were told “they don’t know nothing about that”. We sat in the lobby for about 25 minutes before we realized everyone who came in after us were receiving their smoothies. When we asked about ours, they were very rude and said they had been waiting on the shelf to be picked up almost the entire time. 0/10

This is my 3rd time trying this tropical smoothie and this is also the 3rd strike- they are now OUT! The first time my coworker and I went there at 9 am for breakfast we both ordered food and a smoothie. Im not sure if the lady at the register was new or not but it took her 25 mins to make our smoothies, which were incorrect. I never got the smoothie I ordered, just whatever she conjured up at that moment. Due to time constraints I couldn’t wait any longer for this to be corrected. The 2nd time, we had to wait for our breakfast sandwiches although it was preordered and the 3rd time, my chicken in my breakfast wrap was undercooked. I tried to call before writing this review. No answer so I’m subjected to letting the world know as oppose to someone from within the store. Something has to change at this location! It’s giving incompetent and poor management!

Terrible tasting smoothie

Very, very poor customer relations. NEVER ORDER DELIVERY! If they cancel your online order, they won't give you your money back! You have to beg for it or call your credit card company to reverse the charge!

If you actually want to receive your order, you have to go and pick it up yourself only then will you be guaranteed to receive your food. They offer delivery, but your food never actually makes it to you. Ordered an office lunch on July 8th to be delivered on the 9th at 11:30 am. Received an email at 12:20 pm that my order was canceled. Called the store 4 times; the first time, someone picked up and hung up. After that, they didn't answer anymore. Contacted corporate, including the owner. Received an apology, but my money was never refunded, and no further communication after they said they would look into it. They give you the standard script of "sorry that happened to you, we will do our best to make things better but..."3 weeks later, they haven't solved the mystery of what happened to my order, nor have they given me my money back.

Why offer delivery if you can't keep your word? Never ordering from them again and would not recommend anyone to order delivery.

Lack of attention to details. On Monday July 22nd Ordered a Turkey Bacon Sandwich that had nothing but the turkey and cheese- I tried calling because when I realized I was already at work. On Friday July 26th ordered the same and waited as they made 3 others drinks ahead of mine. They acted as though they didn’t
I had a drink with my order. Managerial oversight is required because they are now paying attention. Their lack of urgency made me late for work.

I had the worst experience at this tropical smoothie shop! The service was incredibly slow, the staff seemed disinterested, and my smoothie tasted awful. It was watered down and lacked any flavor. The prices were also exorbitant for such poor quality. I will never be returning to this place and I strongly advise others to steer clear. Save your money and go elsewhere for a decent smoothie!"

Literally a horrible smoothie for an exorbitant price. Made the mistake of walking in on a hot day and I’m never ever going there again. Honestly wanted a refund like it was horrible completely tasteless and watered down. Don’t go there! (Only point of consideration is the size of the smoothie was nice).
