do not care about thier customers at all!
Dangerous contaminants found and they refuse to address it!

My family member got a smoothie from tropical smoothie in Atlanta this morning at 930 spring st.
He felt something hard go down he looked in drink there’s a piedd of metal.
We called the store the women hung up on us multiple timestimes.. Said to bad nothing she can.. we said someone can me hurt .. she told me they did nothing hung up.. she refused to give me the name of the owner.

So these companies can just do what they want?? No.,
Stay away from tropical smoothie in atlanta you might eat metal

I truly enjoyed my experience here! I spent about 3–4 hours at the restaurant, and Mack and his team made sure everything ran smoothly. They were quick, efficient, and attentive. The atmosphere was great — the playlist set a nice vibe, and the bathrooms were spotless. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and will definitely be coming back!

This breakfast chicken wrap was either really good, or I was starving like Marvin. I believe it’s good. I never been here but thanks to Tmobile Tuesday deal, I’ll be back. I know the açaí bowl is gonna be yummy. I’ll dig n later.

Good music playing for the lunch crowd too.

Oh yeah parking can be a challenge, but that typical for that area.

The food is ok BUT the service is very very bad. And this is after multiple tries to see if it was just one person. Kindness on every level is missing from this service.

Absolutely useless staff who took my money without giving me anything. It was my first time ordering in the app. It didn’t apply my promo code for a free bowl and it charged me. So I had to go to the store to ask them to refund me. They said that the manager wasn’t in and they couldn’t give me a refund. To be honest, I would not have made a fuss about it and I would’ve taken my order…except they didn’t even have the peanut butter bowls, the item I ordered, in stock today. So they took my money and gave me nothing in return. These people are robbers and they STINK! Gonna call corporate to get my money back now. As a broke college student, times are tough.

Everytime I come here it’s so disorganized and they take over 30 minutes to make a wrap and a smoothie. They made my smoothie 25 minutes before they made my wrap and when I asked them to remake it they didn’t make it right, forgetting the kale and spinach pack and adding sugar to my drink. Might as well go to smoothie king across the street

I ordered a green island smoothie and chai oatmeal bowl. for almost a hour i waited and i had to call for an update just to be told they didn't have any chai oatmeal bowl, so i asked for a substitute on the bowl and she agreed then once my order arrived i never recieved my smoothie afterward staff member was rude over the phone and said wait for the manager to come in and hung up in my face. she did not try to resolve the issue. whoever she is when your manager arrives tell them corporate would like a follow up email about this issue.

Paradox

Have ordered here tons of times. Today however the delivery driver was lost for three hours. I decided to call the store and see if there’s anything they could do to help. My issue isn’t that they couldn’t help but more so that the man that picked up the phone was so rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Seemed like he either didn’t care or wanted to be lazy. Last time ordering from here.
