All was decent, just if you order the jalapeño corn premium side, it may not be worth it as the portion is smaller than a regular side. Also the kale salad had a fishy taste. See

When I paid for the smoothie, the swiper asked if I wanted to tip and after I chose “No tip”, it then said “BAD TIP”. I think that is very tacky considering this isn’t a sit down restaurant where you should always tip at least 20% if not more (only 15% if it's a horrible experience). I almost always tip at places that aren’t sit downs but a machine that says “Bad tip” definitely doesn’t make me want to tip. I would rather them just make everything a dollar or two more than have it say that to me. Not saying I won't come back, but just wanted to share that.

Love this plaza, and love Tropical Smoothie. After a workout, I headed in and got myself a detox island green (+whey protein & collagen) smoothie and a Baja chicken wrap with side jalapeño chips to go. The staff were all welcoming and friendly, the restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the food was exactly what I was craving. My smoothie was cold and refreshing and my wrap was hot and flavorful. I've had many other menu items from Tropical Smoothie, and have always enjoyed everything.

Elizabeth is great! I work late and sometimes come in shortly before close. Other locations have turned me away even before 9p! Never here, always a great smoothie and attentive + friendly staff!

I ordered a smoothie and specified the ingredients to be - Strawberry, Banana, Peanut butter , and whey protein. I didn't order one off of the menu. It came with sugar added. They made me buy another smoothie to get what I ordered without sugar. So, I had to pay for 2 smoothies to get the one that I ordered the first time.
I came into tropical smoothie craving a mango smoothie I paid for my smoothie at 4:45 I waited 12 minutes the girl was not attentive and made me wait on top she made me the wrong smoothie I was upset, I don’t like to complain but I use to love your smithies and now you have completely lost my business , tropical smoothie you need to hire people that can move faster and show good customer service, I feel like you hire people with no experience what do ever :(

If I could I would rate this place a zero! These people are extremely unprofessional have a building full of employees on their phones and not concerned at all about customers. I went in for my first time ever to this place and placed an order with the young lady at the register. She took my name and my money. One customer come pays gets their order, then another, then another. This happens about 5 times before I step up and ask why I'm not being served and everyone else is! They go to fumbling around just to make it seem I didn't even place an order I had to tell them multiple times my name and show proof they took my money. Mean while one of the owner takes another customers order and claims it is mine and try's to give me something that was already drank out of from another customer. Where do we do that!?!? Needless to say i demanded my money back and will never return to such an unprofessional establishment in my life. Come on guys we can do better than this.
