No drive thru!

Went inside and waited forever for my order of a Buffalo chicken wrap and child size smoothie. No one else was waiting for food or ordering before me or after me. Asked for no ranch, because I can't eat ranch, and what happens when I get all the way back to work with my Buffalo chicken wrap? Absolutely no Buffalo sauce. There's barely any chicken in the wrap and the smoothie tastes bitter. I called about my wrap being wrong and the lady said the ranch and Buffalo sauce is mixed together now. I said that doesn't make sense, never heard of this until now, and their kiosk that you order from allows you to remove ranch only... Nothing to do with Buffalo sauce. Said I can come back and get something else. Meanwhile I had a short lunch and 5 mins left. I've gotten this same order with tropical smoothie for 7-10 yrs so I'm confused on why this is a thing now, or if this isn't a thing and they messed up and didn't take accountability. They didn't even add a napkin in the bag, but it took them forever to make a wrong order. Huge waste of money. Incompetent staff.

Very unhelpful. Staff is overwhelmed in the morning causing orders to be wrong and long wait times! I had an order pick up that was not ready and still ended up being wrong. They were not apologetic nor compensated me for the inconvenience of their business. My morning shouldn’t have been impacted especially when I’m paying higher rates for your products it should be correct and ready. I will be taking this higher as I want compensation for my time and the poorly presented food that was given to me in a frenzy.

U can NEVER go wrong woth tropical Smoothie! The drinks are delicious and the food is ALWAYS fresh and made to order! My new addiction

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a wrap for lunch and found a bug on the pineapple. Manager was very unconcerned. Will never eat here again.

Tanja went above and beyond to provide the best service. She is the sweetest, very kind and profesional. I ordered online and i guess someone took my order hopefully by mistake, she was very helpful and even brought the order to my car. Will always come back here when Im in the area. 100/100 service. I come here quite often and always am greeted by pleasant staff, especially the manager Tanja, however there’s one employee who always has attitude, is very dry, and somehow ALWAYS messes up my smoothie and gives me attitude when I ask for it to be made. I don’t know her name since she isn’t wearing a name tag so I snapped a picture. Whoever she is, she needs a couple classes in customer service. Today while standing there with my smoothie waiting for them to finish what they were making she looked at me multiple times, I’m talking eye contact and all, and not once did she ask me if I needed anything. Tanja, however was very delightful, as she always, is and she’s the sole reason I keep returning.

Always good and quick. Just wish it wasn't $60 for 3 people to get a smoothie and a sandwich.

unfortunately, I had a bad experience. My smoothie taste water down. I requested it be remade now every time I slip out the straw I’m chewing on ice chips. Very disappointing for one of my favorite smoothie shop. I will not be visiting this specific location anytime soon.
