Every time I come to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe on Piedmont they have my order ready for me right away! All of the employees are smiling & happy and they boost my mornings!

Quick and easy to get in & out of. I had no wait and they made it quick. There’s limited street parking, but a whole structure for Sprouts behind the building. Would go again.

Very disappointed everything is usually always good here. There was someone new who made my sandwich it was cold cheese not melted and overall unsatisfactory. Please train new people to make the sandwiches correctly.

Just ordered last Wednesday. My order wasn’t delivered, & I didn’t receive a refund. When I called the number listed, it had been changed to an unpublished number. I work at Piedmont Hospital, which is less than 2 miles from the restaurant. At this point, I am going to have to go into the store to get my refund, even though they know that my food had not been delivered. This is fraudulent on the workers of that day! In other words, theft! This is unsatisfactory for a business!

It's amazing how you can order the same standard menu item at other locations around town, but this location continously gets something wrong. A refresh is definitely needed.

They don’t secure the bag when ordering through Uber eats. Have had missing items past two times and the driver could do whenever they want to my food. Usually order at least 3 times per week from
Here, but will not order from this location again until they get this fixed.

My card was stolen and used at this location the number doesn’t work no way to contact them and get help

I loveeeee the açaí bowls BUT this location seems to premake and freeze the bowls. There’s no point in putting FRESH cut fruit on top of a frozen base. By the time it’s gets to room temperature, the granola is soggy and the fruit. $11 wasted. They should be made fresh. These bowls aren’t cheap
