I’ve visited this place multiple times, and I can confidently say that they never disappoint. The food is always delicious, although the portions are a bit small. It’s a bit pricey, but I consider it worth it since I only go there once or twice a year. The customer service is always great. The staff is friendly, polite, and always goes the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. They also have an extensive menu and various seating options, so you can choose a spot that suits your preferences. Oh, and they have a variety of smoothie options that are pretty good depending on flavor you picked, who’s making it, when they’re making it, and how they feel when they’re making it lol.

Parking: It’s a big parking you can park anywhere and walk.

I came around 9am and the gentleman told me I had to wait because he just gotten there. The store opens at 8am. The floor had trash all over it. The employee took his time setting up. This is the worst customer service ever.

Place is always clean. Served immediately. Ruchi helped me so much she is such a lovely young lady ❤️ thank you so much for making my day better and you didn’t even know it.

I frequent this cafe at least three times per week. Last week I decided to try the açaí bowl. The night shift workers (an Indian guy) gave me a frozen açaí bowl, straight out of the freezer. I complained to him, and he was extremely dismissive. I’ve came back twice to try and speak with the manager to no avail.

I spoke with Reese a few days ago, and explained my issue. She was so empathetic and understanding. She apologized for my prior experience, and told me she’d speak to management. Today when I returned she prepared the perfect açaí bowl for me. It was delicious!

Most of the other workers leave much to be desired, but not Reese. She was extremely professional, helpful, and kind. She should be in management with her stellar conflict resolution skills, and she always gives you service with a smile!

This place has a lot of potential to amazing considering that it is by the belt line. Unfortunately, it’s not really clean and it has a funny smell. They don’t put the lids down when they are finished with making the smoothies because flies were flying around the food and landing on the food. Also the smoothie that I had was extremely watery and it had to be remade. Also, they don’t have the correct cups as the other tropical smoothie cafe. You not really getting your money worth because they just have regular styrofoam cups. The environment is not very welcoming at all. I’ve been to other Tropical Smoothie Cafes and this one has to be the worst that I’ve ever experienced.

The smoothies here, lack a ton of flavor. They taste like water and I’ve been to different tropical smoothies in the Atlanta area and they all do not taste like this. it’s really disappointing because everyone here is so nice, but the smoothies are not good .

I specifically asked the young lady to not put extra sauce on my sandwich and she still over saturated my sandwich with too much sauce. This is the 2nd time it’s happened and it’s really ticking me off . Nobody wants their sandwich sopped up with dressing it’s just too much

I visited this location on Saturday, May 18th. I stood at the counter for five minutes and neither of the two employees greeted me. Not even a acknowledgement when I walked in. I sat patiently at the counter to place my order and they saw me but never said a word. I would have appreciated even a simple acknowledgement to let me know they would be right with me, but the silence was bothersome. I left and went to another location.

I placed an online order this morning for a peanut butter cup smoothie which was really good and I also ordered a flatbread, peanut butter, honey and granola that was not good at all The bananas were not fresh. They were mushy old and did not taste right and as much as I pay for this order, my flatbread should be top tier . All I can say is do better because this is not cheap.

I ordered last week and they forgot the chips of my combo which I let go. I ordered yesterday and they forgot the chips for my comboS AND they left off my entire acai bowl. Do NOT order from here deliver. They will play with your money and your items.
