I ordered food online from here and waited for 2 hours for it to be stolen. Called the resturant 10 times with no answer! Then had to drive while I’m sick to get my money back they told me I couldn’t receive and refund or my food due to the fact that they made it twice. This was very unprofessional and disappointing! Never will I shop with them again! Never order online they will rob you!

I recently placed an online order through the Tropical Smoothie App for a smoothie and a flatbread. The order not only arrived more than 30min late but also incomplete. I was missing my smoothie of all things. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the store through the number listed and no one answers. I’m very disappointed and will never place an order with them again.

They never open on time, I'm on tight schedule, waited til 705 am, so unprofessional, shame, will never come to this location again

Do yourself a favor and save yourself the trip. Staff obviously doesn't give a damn. Walked in, ordered my smoothie, and waited 20 mins just to receive my order. Another group walked in and got their order immediately. When I spoke up they had the nerve to ask for my receipt. I haven't left the store and I've been waiting right in front of your face the entire time. No wonder the tip jar was empty. Avoid

Reinia was super nice and helpful. Even coming in right before closing, she was positive and made us awesome smoothies. Don’t hesitate to come here. I’ll be back soon.

Who is hiring the cashiers?! They are so lifeless and dead inside! They don’t even smile! Please hire someone who actually enjoys their job.

Found a long hair in my smoothie bowl only for the manager with the locs/long beard (with no hair net) to have a nasty attitude and refuse to give me a refund. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog moral of the story stick with smoothie king hair nets are mandatory!

This is the 2nd worst tropical smoothie location not far behind the location by GSU. No warm welcome. Poor customer service. Along with something being wrong with my order quite frequently. My quesadilla is always burnt and/lack of meat! Today is my last day going to this location! I will drive out of my way to go to another location!

Girl with the blue hair is very nice and always makes my smoothie correctly. Haven’t been to this location in a while so she was a new face.

There was a black girl taking orders at the counter, a white girl walks up behind the counter and starts a conversation with the girl thats ordering food. instead of pulling her to the side so that i could order, for 6 min they continued to talk. That same white girl left during her shift (i heard her say it) to go to the store she drives a nissan with a Mississippi tag, she drove off. Obviously at this point im watching in disgust. The whole staff is teenagers with bad customer service. Good luck. Just order online. Which is what i ended up doing to get service.

100% Ignored by all the employees, one of them walked straight into me! Like come on! At least say excuse me. Then I tell them I’d like to place an order and they just walk away. Why do y’all ignore your customers? I hate this place now and I hope nobody supports this location. Pathetic! I’d give it negative 10 stars if I could. Calling corporate for this nonsense.

The service here is pure trash!!! I am not saying the people werent working because they were but they either dont have enough people or the people are too slow.. u had 4 ppl doing 5 jobs.. which means i wasnt greeted in which i stood there for 10 min when my order was already sitting to the right of me but i didnt know apparently you can just grab it and they not watching nor do they care. I checked my order the santa fe dilla before i left n luckily i did because the guy made the meal but didnt include any sauce... if this hada been an uber eats order i woulda been screwed. This is a great location to have a restaurant but this place gone f around and get shut down due to poor customer service cause i know im def never returning
