We had an amazing anniversary date night at Tulum. This was our first time here and it exceeded our expectations The staff, the ambiance, the fire show, the music and lastly the food, everything was amazing. Special shout-out to our waiter Kevin! We'll definitely be back!

My experience was a 10/10! The staff is amazing and relatable. The manager was very attentive and made sure we were treated well. Our food was AMAZING and our drinks were strong! Tulum has my heart! I will be back.

We paid $20 for Valet, nice spot near the front entrance. We checked in with the hostess and were seated promptly. Ambiance and music selection felt authentic. Service was lack luster. Server never offered a “happy birthday”. Felt like pulling teeth to get an explanation of the menu. Appetizer took 20min+ for 3 fried Shrimp. Server mentioned our original order accidentally being delivered to another table but no real apology, just matter of fact. Lamb chops were the star of the show. Mac and cheese as well as the Brussel sprouts were delicious. Restaurant doesn't offer anything complementary for birthday recognition. I wouldn't necessarily recommend for celebrations. Also, found it odd that we weren't allowed to take the remainder of our Prosecco bottle with us. Every steakhouse or fine dining restaurant in the city have sealed the bottles in a bag with receipt. Overall, the experience was okay.

The food was great the atmosphere was most definitely a vibe !! The drinks were good and strong but I must say the best part of my experience was my waiter ALEX !! He was the best will be coming back with the girls !

El personal muy amable, fuimos por qué nos habían recomendado un ceviche, pero cambiaron el menú y el ceviche ya no existe! Pedimos un guacamole para empezar pero no tenía buena presentación y no estaba mal pero no rico! Pensé que era un restaurant mexicano por el nombre pero no lo es, no podría definir que tipo de comida sirven ahí! Pero las bebidas 10/10 creo que es más para tomar tragos que comer!
