Wow! I have never had a better experience, truly! Before we even walked in the door Malachi made the best first impression with his warm welcome as he opened the door and greeted us. Diana and Farrah were so sweet and made us feel so welcome and offered to take our photos in front of the beautiful backdrops. The atmosphere here is top notch! From the decor, photo ops, and the beautiful and talented fire dancer this place is unbeatable! Dakota took such great care of us and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She took her time, gave excellent recommendations and overall just the best service we have ever had! Tim welcomed us as we were seated and came by before we finished to ask about our experience which just took the service to the next level. You can tell that customer service and vibe are a top priority here. Did I mention the food was insanely good! We had the trio dip app, mango chicken, and snapper and it was all delicious. Some of the best food we have ever had. Cocktails and mocktails were out of this world! Really, I could go on and on. Highly, highly recommend Tulum! Best vibes, food, and service in Atlanta!

I think overall it would have been a better experience had the manager not kept giving us time checks that we had to leave because we're only allowed 90 minutes to eat. She kept coming to me with the count down. I said I feel rushed and if there was a plan to call the police to have us escorted out. No no, enjoy your food, she said. Afterwards , what looked like a bouncer, came to our table and asked if we needed assistance gathering our things. That was the final score. If you want to sit down and eat and enjoy your company, don't come here. Sorry I made the reservation

Really enjoyed our experience at Tulum tonight. My family took our mother out for dinner and the food was amazing.
Came there this past Sunday afternoon with my homegirls who were visiting from NY. Found free parking less than a 5 min walk away. Walked in, sign on door said Strict Dress Code Enforced. We were nervous bc we were casually dressed. They sat us with no problem. Smelled weird in there, couldn't place what it was but the decor has tons of wood around so that may have been it. FOOD WAS GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREAT. Service was good. They add 20% gratuity to check and have a seat time limit. Would DEFINITELY recommend for good food.
Parking: walk slightly past restaurant and there is a free parking lot.

Had a pretty good time at Tulum in Atlanta. Sat on the patio in the front which was great as it was a beautiful night. Services was a bit slower than expected considering it was a Tuesday night and it wasn’t many people seated. The waiter informed us he was working inside and outside so I’m sure that contributed to the delays.
They had a fire performer there for entertainment. The experience would have been better had they had her perform to music but over all it was ok.
We ordered from the couples menu which gives you one app, 2 entrees and a dessert with a bottle of Prosecco for $100 which was a great deal (not sure if they offer it all the time). We ordered the snapper bites, oxtail pasta, and salmon which my friends ordered the chicken and can’t remember the other dish. It was good but nothing to write home about.
It was funny that I had just returned from Tulum, Mx before coming here. I wish someone had taken a trip to really capture the essence of Tulum for the food and the entertainment. The decor was definitely on point and did have the Tulum vibes.
Overall it is a nice place and very new so I may give it another shot on my next visit to Atlanta.
Parking: Try to find street parking because the janky parking people will try and rip you off.
Tulum has an incredible vibe! Our waiter, Kevin, was fantastic—attentive and friendly. The drinks were strong and arrived quickly, setting the tone for a great meal. The food was exceptional; I especially loved the fish bites and the shrimp and crab rolls. The oxtail pasta was another highlight—absolutely delicious. To top it off, the fire dancer added a fun and exciting touch to the experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Food & Drinks was great along with the service from a bartender, just the harassment about a bucket hat was a bit much I mean soon as I walked through the door i was told by security u cant wear that, I took it off, & then after that the host told me I could wear that kind of hat so I put it back on security came back up to me again 2hrs later atp I'm done eating & ready to leave.(Skipped Dessert)
