We had an amazing anniversary date night at Tulum. This was our first time here and it exceeded our expectations The staff, the ambiance, the fire show, the music and lastly the food, everything was amazing. Special shout-out to our waiter Kevin! We'll definitely be back!
My experience was a 10/10! The staff is amazing and relatable. The manager was very attentive and made sure we were treated well. Our food was AMAZING and our drinks were strong! Tulum has my heart! I will be back.
We paid $20 for Valet, nice spot near the front entrance. We checked in with the hostess and were seated promptly. Ambiance and music selection felt authentic. Service was lack luster. Server never offered a “happy birthday”. Felt like pulling teeth to get an explanation of the menu. Appetizer took 20min+ for 3 fried Shrimp.
