Terrible service, they are not willing to take my order, and one of the guy clearly told me that he didnt have to serve me. Those were his exact words. And i just walked out.

Gabby took such good care of us I was worried that her actual kids would be jealous. Fantastic place with fantastic people. I was pretty drunk while reviewing this but I think they still deserved it.

Our experience was terrible at this establishment. It's a nice atmosphere however we sat down at the bar and got absolutely no service despite the two bartenders working. They didn't even look our way but served others that arrived at the establishment wayyyy after we did.
This was an absolutely pleasant bar to go to, the staff was exceptionally friendly and amazing. I got a drink from a friend and ended up asking if they could make me a custom drink I really enjoyed. They approved it and made it perfectly and the cost was reasonable as well. All in all a lovely bar for a drink.
The food took some time but I ended up getting their specialty burger during FWA and it took them some time roughly 10 to 20 minutes, understandable as it was considerably busier than usual. I ordered my custom drink again through a notepad as I ended up being too socially anxious to talk during that time and they messed it up, understandable considering it wasn't on the typical list, they replaced my drink and let me keep the messed up drunk as well to pour into the new one which worked perfectly. The food tasted great and was quite filling though the fries felt like a little bit of a let down in how much you got. The fries were seasoned with a good amount of seasoning and didn't encounter fries missing any seasoning.

I had high expectations for this restaurant, as it was conveniently located in the hotel where I was staying. I ordered a salmon kale Caesar salad, but the salmon was overcooked to an unacceptable degree—so dry it seemed like it had been cooked twice. When I brought this to the waitress's attention (who was patient and polite), I was told that the chef needed to inspect the salmon before considering a remake. This requirement was completely unreasonable; I have never encountered such a policy before.
After waiting 40 minutes, there was still no response or action taken to correct the issue. This experience was not only disappointing but also incredibly frustrating. Additionally, I noticed that the manager treated the waitstaff with unnecessary rudeness, which contributed further to the negative atmosphere. The chef’s insistence on seeing the salmon and inability to grasp basic cooking fundamentals—such as not overcooking salmon—demonstrates a lack of professionalism that should have been addressed in culinary school. Worse yet, the mistake was never rectified.
This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I've ever had, and I will certainly not be returning.

Ordered room service, spinach and crab dip which was supposed to come with veggies and chips.. came with neither chips nor veggies. Also it’s a nightmare trying to contact the restaurant. I tried to call to tell them I am hard of hearing and could use a phone call but it went to voicemail after a few minutes waiting each time. Ended up connecting to the front desk, and they picked up the slack of the restaurant. I tipped heavily and wish that could go towards the hotels front desk rather than any of the kitchen services.
